Buddy Brew Coffee

Good coffee and nice atmosphere in this small outlet of a coffee chain in Tampa. Seating is available indoors and outdoors but somewhat limited.

This location is at beautiful Hyde Park Village. Free parking structure (3 floors) is a short walk away.

Service was quick and very friendly.

Not my favorite location.. very busy, not enough people working so my drink took a long time to be ready.. then the drink just tasted watered down and the banana cold foam was very artificial in taste :(

The bay to bay location is wayyyy better.

I love Buddy Brew, especially the Hyde Park location, which has great food and excellent service. However, when I visited for coffee recently, the store was over 90 degrees. This is not just a one time occurrence either, the location has been uncomfortably hot for nearly 2 months now. On top of that, the bathroom has been out of service for the past week or two.

Its a real shame because Buddy Brew has been my go to location for as long as I can remember, but this location needs some serious maintenance before I consider coming back.

Was in this morning to grab a coffee, got the banana split latte (SO GOOD!) and get some studying done, but it was way too hot inside to stay. Just a couple fans running, and not really helping. Bummed I couldn't hang out longer

Descent coffee, but never any dog treats

I normally love to stop and grab a bite and a drink here but the air has been out for over a week and they haven’t fixed it. It’s summer in Florida!!! I feel awful for the poor staff.

The staff here is WONDERFUL and so helpful. Drinks and food are amazing. However, the air conditioning is broken and this is not the first time I’ve come here and it’s been broken. It’s 90+ degrees out! Why are you having your workers, and your customers be there in these conditions?

Big fan of buddy brew but came to this location and I had to wait way longer then normal and they made my drink overly sweet. I asked for a new one and the lady in the front just put some cold brew on top, didn’t, stir it, and said this is one of our sweetest drinks with an attitude. Seemed like she was standing around doing nothing the whole time while the others were working.

We’ve been coming to Buddy Brew for years and never had any issues, but I just walked into the bathroom today and it was absolutely disgusting… dead roach and toilet sprayed with residue. It’s evident the bathroom has not been cleaned in days.. this is the second time I walked into a dirty bathroom here. I’m not the one to leave a negative review, but with how prices are and how busy this establishment is, I would think a clean bathroom would be priority.
