So today I simply wanted a large coffee. I tried to order a flatwhite but it only comes in a small here. The cashier said he could ring me up for a large latte. Paid and tipped. Apparently he ordered me an ice coffee of some sort. I explained this to the berista who made the ice coffee, different fela, and he remade me a small hot coffee. Still not right. Since I paid for a large coffee, I explained once again, the order was still not what I asked for. The berista felt the need to tell me in front of everyone I didn't pay for what I was asking for. And he also felt the need to tell me I saved a whole 50 cents by thier mistake. Mind you, the cashier entered the wrong drink from the start. I kept my cool after being embarrassed in front of a room full of people. He then tried to remedied the situation by adding a shot of expreso and put the small coffee in a large cup. Of course I told him I was more than happy to pay the additional 50 cents. All this for a large coffee... A bit much.

They make the best vanilla late I’ve ever had. And they’re so kind. Kudos.

Nice place to visit. Amazing people and wonderful service.

This spot is always packed out! Ordered the avocado toast and I recall it being heartier in the past. We waited 30 minutes just to get our food and a spot to sit. I'm not a coffee drinker but my friend said hers was worth the wait.

I really want to love Buddy Brew, but the Hyde Park location keeps letting me down—from the burnt edges of the matcha cookie and especially when it comes to their cold foam. It’s consistently more like cold milk than actual foam, which totally changes the drink’s texture and flavor. It’s disappointing because when I go to the Bay to Bay location, the cold foam is always perfect. I wish the Hyde Park location could match the consistency and quality I get at the Bay to Bay location, because I love the brand overall.

I don’t get why people like this place. Drinks are mid borderline bad. Matcha is poor quality. Customer service leaves a lot to the imagination.

Good coffee and nice atmosphere in this small outlet of a coffee chain in Tampa. Seating is available indoors and outdoors but somewhat limited.

This location is at beautiful Hyde Park Village. Free parking structure (3 floors) is a short walk away.

Service was quick and very friendly.
