Buddy Brew Coffee

I love buddy brew but this place sucked. No seats anywhere to chill no weekend hours. Not a great atmosphere at all!

I was visiting Tampa for a conference and stumbled upon this very cute coffee shop! I enjoyed an iced matcha and quiche, which were both prepared very well. I also appreciated the overall ambiance and appearance. I will be back the next time I’m in the area.

I love buddy brew. However I’m truly sooo sad that one bad manager at this location has run out almost all of the great employees who worked here. The new employees are really bad- not as friendly as the old staff, dont understand customers, get orders wrong or completely forget orders, and veeeery slow. It makes me sad :(

I wish I could rate this place higher, but the quality has declined and I will not be going especially after last week. In the past the employees have been super sweet especially in the mornings when there used to be Abe and Christine working. Those two are always charming and quick… but last week I walked into a complete new staff in which one of the new girls named “Gi” handed me the wrong order both times I went in. The second time I went in with my husband she disregarded my presence and muttered something on how I was stupid? I asked for the manager or even a staff member I knew of to help instead and she did not seem to understand and kept saying “sorry I don’t understand”. Not only that but she continuously touching her hair while she was handing me the WRONG pastry? I don’t know what happened in the last week or two but do better and find qualified people to run your store. As someone who has run a business there is a plethora of qualified people in Tampa. Unless you want mid coffee and a bad experience where people will talk down on you, go to Starbucks across the street. They’re cheaper and will at least get your stuff right.

The prices were not listed on the menu and the baristas weren’t very attentive to me when I walked in to order, around 2:30 on a weekday. The coffee was decent, but $7.50 for an iced mocha latte (with whole milk) was a little steep comparatively. I will go back but only occasionally.

Buddy Brew at Park Tower, is the best coffee shop in town. Every time, I order there the coffee and is is always made to perfection. The staff is warm, loving, detailed oriented, and the standard of true professionalism. If you love the best coffee in Tampa. Head straight to this location.

Temp on espresso needs to be turned down by a degree or two. Overextracting/scorching

Delicious cold brew and chocolate croissant. The service was great as well. Place is spacious and gets lots of natural light
