Ordered food online and was given over an hour wait time — okay, fine. Come at the time it’s supposed to be done, and the lobby is filled with people also waiting for their orders. I waited AN HOUR for my order. Fix your online system and give people an accurate pick-up time.

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in the afternoon and ordered the boneless wings and fries. The wings were not too bad, they were alright. A lot of breading and a small amount of chicken. The fries came hot and seemed fresh, however, they were not great tasting. Maybe the oil is older.? I would recommend the tots. The shining spot of this place is the staff. They were nice, friendly, and always working doing cleaning around the restaurant. My server was a fantastic person who offered to change the station on the TV facing me to anything I wanted. Because of the staff, I would try this place again but I would order something else next time.

My best friend and I have a tradition of coming to BWW every time I fly into Tampa and we come to this location. Joel was our server and was so warm and inviting! Always made sure our cups were filled and went above and beyond for us. Give this man a raise! Ask for Joel to be your server next time you come here!
Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings are always a 10/10!
got it delivered from doordash definitely do not recommend wings was dry and had no flavor, fries was soggy AND the dasher forgot my drink SMH shit was wack.
Walked on Sunday after a football game and some one with a Jersey approach me and asked the waiters who was next at that point I should took the hint. I was told to sit some where I dint want and then waited for about 20 mins and no one came to walk if we were ready so we just left and went next door to Smash Burger 🍔 best decision ever I won’t come back to this location.

Ordered a pick up order at 11:55pm. Went to pick up at 12:30 (they don’t close till 1am Saturday) & was told the order will be ready at 11am Sunday morning. I have to wait 3-5 days for my refund-but they took the money instantly. Asked for a receipt for proof that the refund would be processed & told me they can’t give me a receipt. These folks are ROBBING people letting them place pick up orders & then saying the kitchens closed an hour before closing time. Bad business!

Bad customer service attendants. Please teach those kids how to work in a restaurant and take care of their customers accordingly. It took them 30 minutes to have our order ready(10 chicken wings), the attendant who took our order misplaced it with some else’s and I had to get another attendant to check on our order. We waited for over 25 minutes while other people that came after got their orders ahead of us. By the time the order was ready they told us they ran out of one of the side dishes. The owner of this business should fire all the attendants and hire competent people who can do their jobs!!!
