I wish I could have eaten here but nobody would seat us. Waited up at the server table for over 15 min while employees just walked by us without saying anything. We finally just ended up seating ourselves and sat for another 15 min with no interaction or communication from anybody so we just left. It’s a shame because BWW food is good but the service is just horrible.

The server was awesome the food not so much the wings where not really hot when they came out and they tasted old very tough to chew the chips and dip was not good either chips tasted a little stale and the salsa tasted kinda weird I would probably not go back for the food but the service was good

I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings. However, my experience tonight was a little disappointing. Let me first start off by saying my server Yvonne was such a sweetheart. The dissatisfaction had nothing to do with her. I ordered 6 bone in wings, and the smallest wings possible were served. I understand things happen. These wings though had barely any meat on them.

This is coming from a BWW loyalist. This is one of the worst Bdubs I’ve been to on multiple occasions! The fries have never been fresh. They are either cold or hard as a rock. The chips and salsa is 70/30 miss. The wings are decent if you make sure to them asap.

The service is not the best. The workers are very hard working, but the management doesn’t track what days are going to be busy very obviously because on a big game night they are always under staffed!
Atmosphere, it’s bdubs people will always go when there’s a game on, but it’s not because of the food!

I placed an order tonight through the website and it said “pick up in 15 minutes”. I did this at 6:57pm but when I checked out AFTER it said my order was for 8:00pm. Knowing it’s the superbowl I decided to be understanding. I get there and the takeout section is PACKED. Doordashers are complaining, people waiting over an hour and a half for their orders. I didn’t receive more order until 8:52. I work in a restaurant myself and understand things get busy but CUT OFF THE ORDERS. Stop taking orders if you cannot fulfill them in time. Wasted majority of my super bowl sitting waiting for this order. To make it better I get home and my wings weren’t even tossed in the sauce. All I can do is laugh because I waited 2 hours for plain wings. Felt bad for the two boys at the takeout counter clearly poor management.

On Saturday, 2-7-26, two of us had lunch at 11:30am. My friend had a cheese steak sandwich. It was terrible. Almost no cheese. Sandwich was very small. No other items mixed in with the meat and very little cheese. The meat was dried out and looked like it was swept up from the floor. It did not look anything like the menu photo. Only medium warm. He could not eat it and sent it back. The bar tender agreed with us and even advised another sitting customer not to order it. I ordered a honey mustard chicken salad. The salad and the sauce was fine but the chicken was slightly raw. Here is the kicker: At 11:30am they ran out of glasses we could not order another round of beers. Including us there were only about 4 people in there.

To be honest never had a good experience food wise at any buffalo wild wings. I got the sampler and the chicken was insanely rubbery it tasted like i was chewing on rubber and biting though grittyness idek how to explain it it was nasty. Upon ordering my food i was asking my servers opinion on flavors as that is what any curious customer would do. I received many dirty looks from her for no reason. Never coming back to buffalo wild wings. When i received my plate the food was just thrown everywhere. Overall disappointed.

Unfortunately this location always gives me problems and it’s the only one in the area. My order included large potato wedges but they ran out so they gave me a small and thought I wouldn’t notice. Mind you, my order was a 20 piece wing meal which was clearly for two people. I went back in to correct this and that’s when they told me they ran out so I asked to substitute for something else. This isn’t the first time they’ve ran out of wedges and tried to skimp. Very frustrating when this food is not cheap.

My server was horrible. She didn't come to check how our food was. My friend's french fries were soggy, cold and overcooked. We had to ask for refills, new hot fries and our check from a very friendly server that was working the same area I went on a Saturday morning 1120am and the restaurant was not busy at all.
The food was good, tasty and well worth the money💰. We got the two meals for $20 and an appetizer. If l return, l will make sure to get a different server.
