I ordered at the counter. The young lady was very nice to me Sadly when i got home the wings were all dried up and tasted like jerky. They actually hurt my teeth. Not what I am used to at a BWW location. I went online and sent in the online comment form and nobody answered or aknowledged me. I called a few days later and the "manager on duty" i spoke to seemed irritated with me. Acted like I was bothering him which is horrible customer service. He said he had no record of my purchase even though i gave him my membership phone number and offered to email my receipt. He said he "might" give me a credit if i bring in my receipt and show it too him. Why would i drive all the way down here to show this guy my reciept so he could decide if he wants make it right. Gonna check this off my list as my go to wing place. So much for birthday dinners with friends there :( I give this location about 6 months if it keeps up at this rate.
This location is HORRIBLE! From the food to the service! My family & I will never return to this location. Also, the waitress by the name of Katie needs a few lessons on Customer Service 101. If you’re thinking of going to this location, please RECONSIDER!

I ordered wings from here and as I was eating I found feathers on multiple of my wings so I called the store and the manager told me I should pluck off the feathers and when I told him if he’d like to see them he said he didn’t care to see them that is a horrible customer service from a manager i don’t know if he was in a bad mood or something but you should never speak to someone like that.
