Greta people. Helpful staff. Easy ordering. Delicious food - burgers, fries, onion straws. Ordered them extra crispy and they are amazing. Great sauce selection and they are flavorful and well balanced. The soda mix ratio is on point. Great experience

Not only is the food great, but perhaps the best part about Burger 21 - Carrollwood is the customer service, specifically Molly. Molly is always so nice and welcoming, and even though I’m a new customer, she even remembered my name. I recently discovered this gem and have been back at least 4 times in the past few weeks since discovering it. Molly goes above and beyond each time making an at-counter ordering experience feel like 5-star dining! She recently turned me onto their shakes, and the chocolate shake is one of the best, if not the best, I’ve ever had!
Have tried the burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, and hot dogs and all has been fresh, delicious, and customizable with different toppings. Love that there are about 8 different sauce choices ‘on tap’ that you can get at your leisure. The staff are all friendly and service-oriented (again, extra shout out to Molly). They give Chik-Fil-A a run for their money. I appreciate the loyalty program and will keep coming back!

Ummmm… I never had an issue with this place until this last visit, I’m hoping it was a one off. First the food was so salty it was borderline inedible, unfortunately I don’t like returning food. I know people do it all the time. I just don’t like to. To top it off the staff member taking orders had the longest grossest looking fingernails 🤢. I get it people can do what they like but when you’re handling food, there needs to be some regulation. Cmon. I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed the food at b21. Hope that a course correction occurs sooner than later.

Aron has the best customer service hands down, and also one of the cleanest establishments I’ve been two. His whole team of staff are super nice and very welcoming! Definitely recommend this location!
