Not only is the food great, but perhaps the best part about Burger 21 - Carrollwood is the customer service, specifically Molly. Molly is always so nice and welcoming, and even though I’m a new customer, she even remembered my name. I recently discovered this gem and have been back at least 4 times in the past few weeks since discovering it. Aron has the best customer service hands down, and also one of the cleanest establishments I’ve been two. His whole team of staff are super nice and very welcoming! Definitely recommend this location!
