Excellent burgers and there are tables with power plugs along the side.

Located at Tampa airport after security. Typical fast food place… actually they sell Heineken beer and wine in cans… food just ok… prices acceptable

Food was okay. I liked the breakfast sandwich but no one else in my party ate their sandwiches. We waited about 25 minutes for our food. I felt bad for the people ahead of and behind me in ordering.l who after waiting the same or longer, gave up and boarded their planes without the food they paid for. I almost had to do the same except my husband boarded and saved me a seat. No one there cared. No urgency, no sorry for the wait. And it’s breakfast - tater tots, eggs, bacon. No excuse for such a long wait.

Not a bad burger. Get the combo and you’ll get fries (fairly good amount) and a large water bottle. Quick mobile ordering too.

Staff said it would take 10 minutes for food before we ordered. We waited 20 minutes but our flight was almost done boarding. They were on an order number 10 below mine. I said Idon't think it's thing to be ready in time and asked for a refund. The chef said he was working on that order. The woman at the counter loudly complained that no one has any patience anymore.

One of the only places in any airport to get a big keto breakfast. The OMG Sammie (even sans bun) is excellent and filling. The wait time wasn't bad, either--we waited no more than 5 minutes for our food. I'll be stopping through a second time if I ever find myself in TPA again at breakfast.

This place is awful. Shame on me for not checking the reviews before I grabbed dinner here. Food is mediocre but the service is just terrible. Bad attitudes, bad pricing, mistakes in the bill, food came out wrong with no apology. When I brought the food back because it wasn’t what I ordered, they put my corrected order at the back of the line of orders. Yikes. Do not eat here. Have extra snack mix on the plane and be happier.

impossible burgers! sweet potato fries! oh my! quite literally the FASTEST food I have received at an airport ever, and the counter person and one who gave my food to me were so nice. my meal was delicious! thank you for saving my hungry vegan tummy from starvation before a long work flight! great job ?? (I am keeping a star back because they are not all vegan - maybe someday!)

This location was definitely not up to their standards. The bun was stale. The bottom of the bun was literally hard. The burger was dry and overcooked. The fries were cold and I ate right next to the restaurant so it was not like I traveled with my meal. The staff was very friendly but if I am going to pay over $15 for a burger then it had better be a good one. I am very disappointed. I thought this location was here to introduce folks not from Tampa Bay about the Burger 21 brand. Definitely an epic fail

Burrito came in a big styrofoam container instead of a simple paper or aluminum wrapper like Chipotle and everyone else…why does Burger 21 hate the planet so much?American cheese isn’t cheese and it’s terrible on a burrito. I ordered on my phone and selected “no cheese” but they still put it on.

Place looked clean and organized, order the Classy burger with sweet potatoes. After waiting for 20 minutes, the 3 orders before mine and my orders got mixed up and a total mess trying to figure out who gets what. After they got it right and just in time before my flight abput to take off, my burger was dry, my fries order looked good, but when I started to eat not only it was cold, it had regular fries on the bottom and topped off with sweet potatoes.

I was in the mood for a burger and Burger 21 filled the void. Nothing great but nothing horrible either.

This burger was extremely salty and the patty was in the literal shape of a ball. Just don’t do it to yourself.

Needed to grab a quick breakfast on our way to the gate. This place had a good location and line was short. Staff was doing their best - but it was really pathetic. Waited over 25 minutes for a breakfast burrito and coffee - and only got it when a very sweet woman from Pittsburgh told the cashier to give me her burrito which she had been waiting even longer for. Their system is broken. They need to close down for a few days and train their staff on procedures. Kicker: opened the bag on the plane and they got our (simple) order wrong. Had a cold burger for breakfast...
