Had the displeasure of having a burger and shake today from the Tampa airport location. The burger was precooked and sat for who knows how long then the cook threw it back on the grill to melt cheese on it. Came with soggy lettuce, microscopic pieces of bacon, and burnt onions. The burger was cooked well done and was barely warm, not even sure how that is possible. I also had a vanilla shake that tasted more like eggnog, so I threw it right in the garbage. Felt sick the whole plane ride back home. Stay far away from this place, absolutely awful!

I used the self order screen to place my order then waited about 7 minutes for it to be ready, which wasn't bad. Once I got to my gate I was a bit surprised to see a slider patty on a full size bun when I thought had ordered a full size burger on a full size bun. Therefore I don't think the value was there. The fries were tasty, warm and salty.

I was flying back home from a medical trip at 6am, there was a sizeable line at starbucks and the promotional materials make this place look like it serves legitimate food- wrong wrong wrong. YOU LIED TO ME! I got the breakfast burrito which was absolutely disgusting, and weighed like 2oz. The coffee of course was crap which I figured going in, but the burrito what a piece of garbage. I wouldve been 100x better off with the adequate starbucks sandwich and coffee wouldve saved $5 over this crap.

The staff had no idea what was happening w/ the orders. One employee was complaining the entire time as we were waiting over 30 minutes for 2 burger bowls which were barely edible.

Located at Tampa airport after security. Typical fast food place… actually they sell Heineken beer and wine in cans… food just ok… prices acceptable

2 stars because they have an impossible burger! The actual burger was dry as all hell, no mayo or sauce on it. The ketchup packets were sticky; just not cool when traveling. Again, kudos for even having this at an airport.

Food was okay. I liked the breakfast sandwich but no one else in my party ate their sandwiches. We waited about 25 minutes for our food. I felt bad for the people ahead of and behind me in ordering.l who after waiting the same or longer, gave up and boarded their planes without the food they paid for. I almost had to do the same except my husband boarded and saved me a seat. No one there cared. No urgency, no sorry for the wait. And it’s breakfast - tater tots, eggs, bacon. No excuse for such a long wait.

Staff said it would take 10 minutes for food before we ordered. We waited 20 minutes but our flight was almost done boarding. They were on an order number 10 below mine. I said Idon't think it's thing to be ready in time and asked for a refund. The chef said he was working on that order. The woman at the counter loudly complained that no one has any patience anymore.

I found out what the 21 means. It's cause you have to wait 21 hours from the time you order till you get it!!! No joke!! It took over 45 minutes to get the burger after placing the order. The 2 workers behind the counter didn't appear to know what was going on or what to do. At one point they called our number and when we went to get it they looked confused and couldn't find our order. To be fair the buyer was really good or we were just really hungry. Either way I would risk missing a flight to eat here. We had all the time in the world though cause of the flooding in fort Lauderdale we were rerouted to Tampa and had no other options. But with that said they were not busy so I have no clue why the wait was so long!!! I can't imagine how long the wait would be when it's lunch or dinner time. This was about 7 pm when we placed our order.
