Service was extremely slow, workers sat and talked to each other while my order was fully ready on the counter... waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and frys. Dysfunctional workplace, would not recommend.

Burger 21 at Tampa airport is not very efficient for a fast food establishment. Order 12:53...order filled at 1:20 ... salad, burger and fries. The food was ok they forgot my 21 sauce. I didn't miss it because I never had it.

Awful staffing issue. Waited 40 minutes for my meal and got passed up by atleast 12 orders. Waiting line became close because we all had one thing in common, we were upset with waiting that long for fast food. Watched after I got my food, little boy ordered a fry.... Waited 35 minutes while his mom got upset at first at him for the wait, then the restaurant as well. Wouldn't recommend if you are in any hurry

We grabbed some breakfast sandwiches here prior to hopping on our flight and it was literally the BEST breakfast sandwich I have ever had! They put some sort of sauce on it that reminded me of fry sauce with a kick. So good and highly recommend for breakfast!

Had the displeasure of having a burger and shake today from the Tampa airport location. The burger was precooked and sat for who knows how long then the cook threw it back on the grill to melt cheese on it. Came with soggy lettuce, microscopic pieces of bacon, and burnt onions. The burger was cooked well done and was barely warm, not even sure how that is possible. I also had a vanilla shake that tasted more like eggnog, so I threw it right in the garbage. Felt sick the whole plane ride back home. Stay far away from this place, absolutely awful!

I used the self order screen to place my order then waited about 7 minutes for it to be ready, which wasn't bad. Once I got to my gate I was a bit surprised to see a slider patty on a full size bun when I thought had ordered a full size burger on a full size bun. Therefore I don't think the value was there. The fries were tasty, warm and salty.

I can write with confidence that this was the worst breakfast burrito I have ever had. The ingredients were not fresh, and the burrito shell was stale. I guess there was a reason for the no wait. Although it still took 15 min......

Took 35 minutes to get food. When I asked about they said they were doing it in order then they called 3120. I was 3115. They found it just sitting and it was cold but I didn’t have time to wait. Staff extremely rude! I’ll starve before I eat there again.

Loved the food, but the workers look bored and need some enthusiasm, when you see such lame attitude in a crew it makes you wonder the environment being handed to them to operate.I did truly love the burger though! At its price for the combo and the portions set it’s well worth the money I spent. There is a lot of price complaining in the comments, but poor boys crying about costs are the same poor boys snacking at the $1 menu complaining that their McChicken Burnt their little bitty tongues? boo hoo bafoon IMO. For an establishment at the airport for a quick bite I’d say stop on in.

While waiting 25 minutes for my food I witnessed the person at the front treating everyone with zero respect and was flat out rude to everyone. The whole time all I could think was I should have gone next door to PDQ chicken. Oh and they almost made me late for my flight.

I was flying back home from a medical trip at 6am, there was a sizeable line at starbucks and the promotional materials make this place look like it serves legitimate food- wrong wrong wrong. YOU LIED TO ME! I got the breakfast burrito which was absolutely disgusting, and weighed like 2oz. The coffee of course was crap which I figured going in, but the burrito what a piece of garbage. I wouldve been 100x better off with the adequate starbucks sandwich and coffee wouldve saved $5 over this crap.
