I love Burger 21! I used to go to the Westchase one every weekend with my folks. This one here in New Tampa, is terrible. Unsupervised children who have zero work ethic. Went at 7pm to the staff partying in the back. It’s all cool until your food is cold and your shake melts. Get management in there! I’ll be going to Burger Monger down the street from now on, where I can see my burgers freshly being made.
Edit 2025 I have seen the changes! People are more attentive and burgers are coming out fresh! That’s all I ask. Thank you for changing it for better! There was someone from corporate there, so I can’t be 100% that it stays like that. Fingers crossed!

My fiancée and I recently visited Burger 21 in Tampa, and it was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcome. They were super helpful with menu suggestions and genuinely seemed passionate about their food.
I ordered the Tex-Mex Haystack Burger, which was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, while my fiancée loved the BBQ Bacon Burger. The fries were crispy and delicious.
What really stood out was the exceptional service—attentive, friendly, and always making sure we were happy. It made our date feel extra special. Highly recommend checking out Burger 21 for great food and amazing hospitality!

Ordered from this location for the first time via DoorDash and I'm in disbelief on the lack of quality here vs the cost. We spent $80 on a couple burgers and fries for us and the kids, the kids burgers and fries are inedible, hard as a rock. Only way it could be worse is if it makes us sick, only time will tell.
