My fiancée and I recently visited Burger 21 in Tampa, and it was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcome. They were super helpful with menu suggestions and genuinely seemed passionate about their food.
I ordered the Tex-Mex Haystack Burger, which was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, while my fiancée loved the BBQ Bacon Burger. The fries were crispy and delicious.
What really stood out was the exceptional service—attentive, friendly, and always making sure we were happy. It made our date feel extra special. Highly recommend checking out Burger 21 for great food and amazing hospitality!

Ordered from this location for the first time via DoorDash and I'm in disbelief on the lack of quality here vs the cost. We spent $80 on a couple burgers and fries for us and the kids, the kids burgers and fries are inedible, hard as a rock. Only way it could be worse is if it makes us sick, only time will tell.

This location likes to close the inside dining area in service at 7pm, when they close at 9pm. Removing the sauces. Service the food in to go bags. Wonder if the owner knows that they are pissing off customers.

I came in today for lunch and had a great experience! Anna and Shruti were very friendly and helped me with everything. The new Smore's shake was amazing and my fries were very good. I will be coming back soon!

Poorly run fast food burger establishment. The burgers are okay, but overpriced and nothing special. The employees are young teenagers and not trained properly to run a cash register. It took nearly 10 minutes to make a payment for my order of one burger. They couldn't accept cash. The floor and tables were dirty. Pick up a broom! The assistant manager was rude and seemed incompetent. So sad they never recovered after covid. This place won't last much longer.

Had lunch today at the new Tampa location and have come here several times as the food is great, even if they soda machine could be tweaked for over carbonation?. Today I had the pleasure of watching Anita interact with all the customers and although I never leave feedback wanted to commend her for being an outstanding employee. In the post Covid workforce where it seems most employees just care about getting a tip and not the customer her demeanor and approach struck me as being the exact opposite, i.e., in only wanting to make sure everybody in the restaurant was happy with their orders and, attending to everything she could. Just my 15 minute observation, but if I was an employer, this is the kind of person I would hire in a heartbeat. I am sure Anita will be successful at whatever she chooses to do in life with the attitude that she takes to work
