Came in Thursday, I actually thought the place was closed because there were no people. Cashier explained it was down time. Keeping that in mind, my food should have been perfect. Sadly the fires were cold and soggy. The burger was burnt and crispy. Just sloppy overall. Booth was dirty. Ceiling is gross. Black flakes shot out into my cup from I got my drink. This place needs an inspection. Buyer beware

I came in for a Wednesday special and told the young lady I have a severe allergy. She asked what it was and I advised. She told me it will be noted so they are awareGot my food and ate it.My allergy is so severe I know within 5 minutes if it has my allergies in it or not. Well you guessed it. I was gasping for air as my throat was closing fast.I later called the restaurant back and verified if the sauce or anything had my allergy. I was told yes it does. I advised the lady I had an allergic reaction to it and will be in touch later.I later called and spoke with the manager who didn’t have a resolution to helping me other than him stating that my insurance will be in touch with you. It’s been a week and no response from the manager or the insurance company.I went back and spoke with the manager and showed him the receipt that said nothing about a sever food allergy. He didn’t even offer to refund me my bill he said I have several copies of the receipt and am aware. He stated that my insurance will be in touch with you. Well I’ve heard nothing.By writing this I want to bring awareness to the other people that may have a good allergy that to triple quadruple check before eating.Yes I am ok and am thankful to be alive but this manager and facility has taken no action.

Best chocolate shake around. I like to try different ones and this has been my favorite. Very rich chocolate, thick but not too thick that you risk an aneurysm trying to suck the shake from the straw, and part I think is because they give you a fat straw which helps. Management and staff there are cool and helpful, they working out stuff with the new perks system but be patient it should result in better rewards once fully implemented.

As you can see from a lot of the reviews, they consistently undercook when asked for well done. Hate to see what happens if you ask for medium. Apparently they haven’t figured this out.
The food was amazing and I would definitely recommend others to come up and eat there. Jayden Dorsey was a great host and was very helpful and respectful while I decided on what my meal would be.
