Well I went with my son and nephew, and it was first is wayyyy too expensive, then the French fries I think they dump the salt container on top , the patties were burnt . So , no I won't go back there.

Friendly attentive service.The atmosphere inside-eh not good.The veggie burger was so thin you could hardly see it between the bun and it was more than a regular burger, paperthin, ridiculous. The onion rings were huge, not good, ridiculous. The milkshake was hearty & good. Fries were fresh, but they needed to be salted after the oil. Husbands burger was good. $35 for 2.

This place used to be fantastic and worth the price. Seems like they cutback on quality ingredients and kept the same price. Don’t say you didn’t, as even your buns have changed.For 80+ dollars, I’ll pass. Get your quality back in your product.

I ordered a takeout and arrived there in about 13 minutes. Then waited in line for 10 minutes just to pickup my order. There was only one cashier. My fries were cold and tough, and the hamburger was slightly warm. I was very disappointed, and will not go to this location again.

I stopped by before closing to order food to go. Giselle, who was quite helpful, recommended the Buffalo chicken sandwich. So many menu options. The sandwich was tender and delicious.Convenient burger restaurant in Westchase. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. Will definitely keep coming back to try the black bean burger.

I was leaning towards not getting anything after ordering for our dance team and Bri said “you should get the tenders, they are delicious”. So she did her job upsold a customer and the tenders WERE delicious. Too many times good service goes unrewarded and/or left without mention. Bri made this particular visit a great one :)

We go every Friday to treat ourselves to the start of the weekend! Love it here- and their hazelnut milkshake is AMAZING!*** I am disappointed to have to edit my review after many months of attending this establishment. But the teenagers have gotten WILD! Ever since it has been summertime, there are tons of teens that come in and push tables together, and don't buy anything, and get crazy and loud. It is uncomfortable and we have stopped going to this location. There is even a sign on the door that says anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, but it doesn't do anything, they still come in and no one working there seems to care about the chaos they bring with them... It is a shame since the food is so good....

Great burger that hits just right. I got bacon, avocado andAmerican cheese. The sauce they put on the burger is solid and adds a mild tang. No need for ketchup, mustard or mayo.The fries are crispy and well-seasoned.
Vegetarian options: There are Impossible options on the menu.
Kid-friendliness: After 5 pm kids need to be with an adult.
Wheelchair accessibility: The shopping plaza is accessible.
Calvin was great and got our order quickly and helped us get shareable fries. Please bring back the shareable fries! They are the best to share for differing pallets.

I love this place.Edit: This was my family’s favorite place to eat together. The service is phenomenal and the food is great. We eat here at least 1-2x a week. However, I am really disappointed in the menu changes, especially the removing the grilled cheese and super burger salad. The grilled cheese was literally the only thing my toddler would eat on the menu, and the burger salad was by far the best one. Please bring back the grilled cheese, even if you have to raise prices. I’m begging you.

To begin I would like to say that the hospitality has been growing with the staff these past few months. I placed my order by phone and I believe the order taker was " ISHMAEL" and he couldn't have done a better job.He was happy on the phone, efficient and even repeated my order back 2x !! Order was ready and everything was correct with the order. HOWEVER all 3 orders of fries were not edible, the fries were old, definitely dropped in the fryer multiple times.With such a great burger try not to ruin that and serve fresh hot fries...
