I may visit BK once a year, but after today’s visit, I’ll NEVER visit this location again. I went through the drive through and got a spicy chicken sandwich and attempted to eat it, but found that the the chicken was old and rubbery. I returned to the same location and asked it they could exchange it for a whopper. Drive thru around 2:30pm so the lunch crowd had passed. Ordered a spicy ch’king deluxe with pickles. Got home and found the regular (not the spicy) ch’king deluxe with no pickles. 🤷🏻♀️ Maybe if the screen in the drive thru worked I could have seen she put in the wrong thing.
