I hadnt had bk in months and this place gave me the best smokey flavored cheeseburger hot with hot fresh fries.SO GOOD I WANTED TO GO BACK LATER FOR MORE BUT I TRIED TO HAVE SOME SELF CONTROL.The manager and employees were attentive and polite.I live in pinellas so it was refreshing to see fast food that great!Tampa you made be a bk fan again.in pinellas they give you questionable temperature food and cold or burnt fries.THANKS FOR BEING ON POINT CAUSE I DONT EAT BK IN PINELLAS COUNTY...

Worst customer service in my life the employee was so focused on their own personal attitude that they didn’t even care to take my order actually yelled at me I don’t care as I walked out the manager literally told me if I had any grievances to visit the BK website and that she couldn’t assist me any longer great job BK way to treat your customers you don’t ever have to worry about me stepping foot, DoorDash or anything having to do with Burger King since attitude is more important than customer service for your staff

November 15th at 8:00pm Black lady at the cash register was VERY RUDE, I told her good evening and she just walked away and didn't say good evening, didn't acknowledge me at the cash register, then was talking to me with attitude when I was asking questions about the menu, she was bothered all the time, with a POOR service like this lady gave me, I WOULD NEVER spend my money at this Burger King, go to a different one, plus there's homeless at the door entrance. STAY AWAY!!
