Went to BK and left my card there. They never handed it back to me and I honestly forgot. Sad part is, they charged my card 2 times here and refuse to answer my calls. Per my bank, they charged my card again hrs after the first purchase. They must have been hungry and used my card lol. Ugh it’s sad because they don’t know if this money they used was all I had left. I have called them and they won’t answer. I have reported to corporate and also my bank. I am getting my money back but it’s annoying that no one will be held accountable for stealing from my family.
The manager was awesome he took care of me n my kids and we had a big order and came inside instead of drive thur cause I know the pain of having 3 separate orders plus coupons. This manager rock he was so nice and awesome I didn’t get his name but super
I told the cashier I wanted to place a second order, she rudely said they only do one order at a time per car. I then politely asked if I could please pay with a different card and she rudely said "fine, whatever". Then when I got my food, she didn't even get my order right. Paid for a double whopper and got a single. Never ami going there again. Thanks BK
