The only reason I even rated a Burger King is because a young lady at the front counter help me out with the app situation I am not the most techy I wish I would have got her name she was very nice and I got a ham bacon and cheese croissant it was very good along with a small coffee highly recommend the Burger King on East Busch Boulevard!!

Do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER McDonald’s. I goto the one on n Florida now because this one is atrocious. Worst workers ever can’t even give me my bbq sauce in a mobile order. They almost impress me how consistently horrible they are. It’s truly something special. Whoever hired these clowns must be huffing glue cus boy oh boy they are TRASH. Save urself the headache and goto another McDonald’s

I have been to this particular BK 2 the first time they ran out of Oreo shakes the burger was cold as well as the onion rings not that they ever have a line at all when asked for the vanilla Oreo shake which means vanilla cookie not the chocolate one they had no recollection of that being an option while in Orlando Kissimmee Lakeland and by waters at BK does offer it and for some reason these employees seem to be upset as well I apologized several times for not wanting the shake when i specifically stated with the Vanilla cookie not chocolate & how is that onion rings are always soggy and cold like the burgers

Rude unbelievably rude my first time to store Kim manager down right disrespectful and food was cold and no sauces for nuggets nor advertising said and couldn’t put in app codes .. made me go around again due to couldn’t do the order I am completely tell don’t go to this store close it down I have the mind to call food officials codes etc to do so .. asked for citrate number told wouldn’t give out and this is the worse Burger King I ever been to totally repulsed by the behavior and food I want my money back don’t go here

I had a mobile order for the location on Busch Blvd and I had only ordered 3 items but it was only 2 in the bag. So i told them it was wrong and hey gave me the 3rd item which was marked correct on the wrapper but when i got home, i realized that they had given me the completely wrong burger and there was a bug crawling around in the wrapper! This was my first time at this burger king on Busch Blvd and it will be my last! I threw the rest away without even opening it. Absolutely disgusting and Absolutely ridiculous that they can't even get a 3 item mobile order correct. 🤮🤮🤮
Burgers were cold. Lettuce tomato and pickles were frozen. Burgers were soggy as hell! ? customer service was bare minimum? over all the shift at 6:00 pm on 08/17/2024 was a total failure? would not recommend

People believe this star rating if I could give zero I will this is the worse Burger King I had ever seen over all the service from manager to employee the food everything is bad be very careful with the food bread have mold and the lettuce is old be careful that can get you sick specially with hepatitis A be careful avoid this place at all cost

The manager practically threw my food at me in the drive thru ....Just for asking why they hold cars at the first window for no apparent reason to the customer. One of them said to make it look like you have been there less time than you really are. The store at busch and florida does it too. I ran a burger king drive thru for 3 years. This isn't how we operated. Even if I had to stop and cook the food myself I was faster than 3 of you. Ridiculous. The food I'd better than McDonald's but the service sucks and the rudeness of the manager was unacceptable. I treated them with respect. Just because I questioned the practices she thru the food at me. She needs to be retrained or fired.
