Went through the drive through early this morning, the staff were outstanding. I only bought a coffee but the workers were so nice, all saying good morning and coffee was hot and good! Morning crew 💪

This have to be the worst Burger King in Florida the are very rude nasty and unprofessional they closed the store whenever they feels like it especially at night. The manager at night was eating out the prep container as he was labeling the for the next day when I got to the drive thru window. No one responded to the drive thru intercom as well but it was cars in the parking lot and employees in stores

Although I had fresh food, I just want to state that if you ever having a bad day being in fast food is not for you the young lady in the drive-through that is working tonight on November 1 of 2025 with the braids in her hair she’s walking around with an attitude and taking orders so rude and when customers ask her for an item, she’s sucking her teeth and blowing her breath like she’s tired of being there that ruined my whole night because I was being so polite and didn’t expect for her to do that just stay home if your mad no one wants to have a angry person serving them food

I am not one to judge fast food restaurants, I get it, it’s stressful but I have NEVER had such a bad experience, I ordered through the drive through and waited in line for 15 minutes when I was the only person in line, the person dropped my card, my drink and then my lemonade was 80% ice and I am pretty sure the pickles in my burger had gone bad

I ordered a few items, burger and chicken fries and a milkshake and they came out with my order and gave me a milkshake that had no chocolate blended And it wasn’t full so I just asked if they could Give me a refund and then they asked if I wanted it remade and I said sure
After they remade it, a new woman With glasses came to the door and just yelled ‘Better?’ And stormed back off without saying a word
None of them were wearing gloves. Another one wasn’t wearing a hairnet in the burger just came out disgusting. I’m scared to drink the milkshake cause I fear that they did something to it all because they offered to make a new milkshake.
Food was burnt. Most burger places don't know how to cook a veggie burger.

It was 1036 pm on a Monday went through drive thru started to order an employee came over the intercom saying that they were ONLY doing food delivery orders with no body in the parking lot Busch blvd and 30th location will avoid this location for sure since all customers aren't a priority
