The service was the worst l have ever experienced in a fast food drive through. The server who took my order by the drive through was Lasandra she seems like she was on drugs, dressed very unprofessional, and didn't even have a work shrit on. See attached picture. She made a mistake with my order and when l explained to her that l only wanted 1 oreo milkshake instead of 2 she got upset, started cursing, and when l asked her her name she slammed the drive through window and made threatening gesture. I am requesting that this employee goes through intense training, goes through monthly drug testing and learn to follow the dress code of Burger King franchises.

I had to return when I realized they had forgotten to give me my drink. Of course, by then, my meal was cold. They offered a freshly made meal for my trouble and that burger was the best thing I've eaten in a long time!! ?

Yesterday morning I went to get biscuits from Burger king. The biscuits were not great at all. I called and spoke with the supervisor her name Kim . She made me feel heard she apologized several times and she came up with a solution she asked me to come back the next day to get croissants

March 4 7:50pm 1 Paid for 6 burgers only got 5 called asked if I can get my burger tomorrow when im in the area. Manager said she's busy and hung up on me. 2. Found a stray mozzarella stick in my onion rings 3. onion rings dry and super crunchy almost un eatable only because I was so hungry. 4 last but not least too the district manager y'all MUST remove Bush gardens Burger King from your intro in the drive thru Bush does not want to be represented by your low quality staff. I'll never come to this location again, LITERALLY THE WORST BURGER KING IN TAMPA. & This isn't the first time and I'm done giving this location chances!

The vibe is kind of intimidating. The cups are teeny, and the bathrooms are locked. The hashbrowns were delicious.

Staff were the nicest and friendliest l've seen in a long while. Food was fresh and hot. Everyone was so friendly. It was a pleasure to go there. Service was fast as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp. And up close handicapped parking. Clean parking lot. No trash to be seen.

Worst fast food experience of my life!Arriving around 9:00 p.m. after a long journey, the room is closed even though the posted times indicate that the room closes at 10:00 p.m. and the drive-thru closes at midnight.The drive is still open, return to the car to order.Chicken menu order: there is no more chicken, the operator tells us in an unpleasant tone.For the rest of the command, the operator understands nothing, having to repeat several times and then complete silence. We wait, before hearing the operator YELLING at us that the order is finished.We move forward to collect the order, which turns out to be incomplete, we have to redo it, then a long wait before collecting it.Big disappointment, the quality of the food is poor, especially the Sprite gives off a horrible smell of bleach, and is lukewarm, impossible to drink we had to throw them away without being able to drink them.In short, we are no longer setting foot in a Burger King in the USA, come and do an internship in France where the service is excellent and the food is quality with vegetarian burgers.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian option

Went through drive through to order a kids meal and when i got to the window to make payment i had a Gift card on my Apple wallet when i showed CEANNA the gift card she looked at me and my finance Like if we were stupid , dropped the scanner from her hand closed the window and walked away , came back with a manager when i asked the manager why does she have an attitude they told me i couldn’t feel any way about “someone’s face” . They obviously have No type of customer service at this BK . Need to do a better job at who they hire to take care of customers .

Absolutely rude workers, we did not receive a receipt and when asked, the attendant dismissed us and when we received the receipt after requesting it, because we feel as if they did not apply the coupon, they gave us a receipt without a total. Very disrespectful will not return.
