Food was good. Restaurant was clean. We had to wait for our food despite placing a mobile order.

Whoppers are unrivaled
Understaffed!!! We went there before 9pm and they stated they are closing soon because it is just 2 people in. Had no chicken items, had ran out completely. Asked for Sprite and were given regular sparkling water (soda) and for a new one because they made a mistake and second drink was still not sprite.
Were not given any napinks any condiments !!!!
No idea why on a Saturday night the service was so disappointing.

It’s absurd this place passes inspection. Complete mess, broke bathrooms, no ice in the lobby machine, no Coca Cola in the lobby machine, no Coca Cola in the drink machine behind the counter, cold food, server mumbled, let’s start from the top, it’s a complete nasty mess.

The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and Daniel took my order with professionalism... Not too easy to see in the fast food world. Anymore.

This place is kind of inconsistent, it really probably just depends on who is working and when you go. I have gone up to the drive-through before and they were completely shut down like the whole building because no employees showed up, I believe not too long ago I encountered The manager, although they did get the order wrong he was more than willing to make up for it. I usually order through the app, but it seems to take longer in the drive-through when you do that but you get rewards for ordering through the app. Everyone has been nice though!

I just want to shout out Daniel for his awesome customer service and for being pleasant! I oreder through the app ànd went throughthe drive-thru. He gave perfect greeting , mentioned me by name , and made sure I had everything I needed .

NEED STAFF ASAP!!!!!
The gentleman that was working @ 12 am on Feb. 2nd, was unprofessional and non accommodating. Called to see if we could walk up to order because we were in a semi truck he was rude and hung up the phone several times. I will be calling corporate as this was unacceptable behavior for the face of the company. I’m quite sure Burger King will not be happy as this was a poor representation of the company. Customer service is key and most important.
Bad service
Horrible. Burger King used to be my favorite place. Now it is simply horrible, food tastes bad, prices are high, service is as if they were doing you a favor, floors are sticky or slippery, restrooms are dirty.
