I only put one star because I can't put any. I'm not just talking about this particular accident. I want to talk about everyone. These restaurants will soon come a day when they all have to close because the food, even if it is empty food, but it is much more garbage than ever, it is TV marketing. It's great, but it doesn't look like reality, to my surprise, the menus are close to $8, the cheapest are very thin burgers and the meat doesn't seem to be cooked in any grill. It seems like they are cooked in water, it's a shame that this restaurant has reached I do not recommend that extreme nor this one nor any of the chain

Good food, customer service and atmosphere. It does get really busy at times because it's on MacDill AFB. Only suggestion I have is they might want to change the bathrooms to co-ed (Ladies might not like that suggestion, but I don't know how many use that bathroom) and/or build a small washroom for people to wash their hands.

I waited for 45 minutes in the drive-through to get my food. Sandwich was not warm when I got it. It was a simple order and place was not that busy.

Best Burger King Location, fast clean, and pretty good staff ?? bacon egg and cheese croissant 2 for $5 is the 2024 deal of the year.
horrible drive thru experience! We waited almost 10 mins for someone (enesha) to take our order. Once we got to the window majority of our ticket was wrong. It wasn’t read back to us before we pulled up so we had to let them know, both drive thru workers started throwing attitude, it wasn’t our faults for messing up the order. They still ended up giving us the wrong food. Was excited to try the new menu and the food was smashed and cold, Sauces that we paid for were not given, we paid for hot chicken fries not regular. Food was cold and gross. Im never the person to come on here and right a review but that was the worst customer service I have received. I do not recommend this location.

I had a friend pick up food for me and when he came back, he said the workers were scrambling around like nothing was organized. When I got my order, it had the bathroom napkins instead of the normal ones and also discovered a mold spot on the bottom bun my chicken sandwich. I got instantly disgusted and threw it away. Never usually had a problem with this BK because it’s one of the few spots we go to for lunch but I’d highly advise against this place. If you do find yourself getting food from here, please check your food very thoroughly as I almost took a bite of my sandwich before uncovering the small green spot.

Best Burger King on base. While the chow is disgusting, the facilities are very clean and the service is impeccable. That's probably because every employee here is a medically-discharged purple heart combat vet. They aim to please and certainly don't miss their mark. They're so motivated I even heard the kitchen staff calling cadence on the job. I was greeted with a friendly "have it your way" upon my entry and exit.
