The French fries were really crispy and good. The burger was delicious but they put mustard even though my son ordered it with no mustard through the app. The ice cream is amazing and tasted really good. 5 stars!

I stopped by for lunch and ordered a Junior Whopper, a medium Coke, and a small Nerds Blue Razz Freezy, but the entire experience was a mess from start to finish. The employee taking my order either couldn’t hear me or had a language barrier, because she misread my order multiple times, despite my corrections. When I pulled up to the window, the chaos behind the counter was obvious staff were completely disorganized, and the employee at the window was rude. She asked if I had two orders, which I didn’t, and then handed me a Blue Freezy without the Nerds. When I asked about it, she casually told me I hadn’t paid for them, even though that’s exactly what I ordered. After I pushed back, she reluctantly added a tiny sprinkle of Nerds barely enough to notice. On top of that, the fries were soggy, and the Coke was flat. Overall, this was hands-down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had unprofessional service, disorganized staff, and terrible food. Definitely not worth the trip.

I only put one star because I can't put any. I'm not just talking about this particular accident. I want to talk about everyone. These restaurants will soon come a day when they all have to close because the food, even if it is empty food, but it is much more garbage than ever, it is TV marketing. It's great, but it doesn't look like reality, to my surprise, the menus are close to $8, the cheapest are very thin burgers and the meat doesn't seem to be cooked in any grill. It seems like they are cooked in water, it's a shame that this restaurant has reached I do not recommend that extreme nor this one nor any of the chain

Good food, customer service and atmosphere. It does get really busy at times because it's on MacDill AFB. Only suggestion I have is they might want to change the bathrooms to co-ed (Ladies might not like that suggestion, but I don't know how many use that bathroom) and/or build a small washroom for people to wash their hands.
