My burger order was wrong. I then opened my $2.99 spicy chicken wrap only to be disappointed. I know things don't look like the poster in the window or the menu board. But...this is just a chicken sandwich cut in half shoved in a tortilla. When I opened the tortilla I was greeted by slimy lettuce and a half soggy tomato along with a greasy piece of old chicken. Ugh.

This was the first time I've been to a BK in probably 5 years or more.Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich must have been the first one they made that day. By the time I got it at 12:15, it wasn't crispy. It was a bit soggy, warm and flattened, like it was under the baby in a baby carseat. Not squished, just flat.I forgot about rule #1 when ordering at BK. Order special. So you get a fresh burger or sandwich.The fries were typical BK fries.I'll try it again someday as a walk-in and order special.Nothing to cause soggyness like tomatoes.

Food great, service and attitude were lousey, employees need to take a course on customer service, thats the reason its always empty, drive thru seems to do ok, minimal contact with staff members.

We hadn't eaten here for over 6 months. We really were surprised by all the remodeling that had been done! Our food was prepared quickly, the fry's & onion rings were piping hot. The whoppers were much better, better and fresher than before. The employees were friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

Horrible food and service. Spent $25 to be told while getting my food I get zero sauce unless I pay .85 cents a cup. What!?! I just spend $25! Give me some sauce! I drive away and get out the gate, my bun is rock hard and sooo dry. My fries are dry and unsalted. Literally zero salt. Can't even choke down this dry food. Straight in the trash

Pretty upset this morning. My breakfast sandwiches were not even cooked all the way. They eggs were cooked on one side and the other side was like tofu. Ive never had food this bad at any fast food place. I had to throw both the sausage egg and cheese croissants away. Pretty passed i ended up paying for garbage.
