i went to grab breakfast for my office and pulled into the drive though at 5:45 (they open at 5am per there posted hours) and no one was there. pulled up to speaker and waited about 4 mins. no one came. pulled up to the 2nd window and one person was there but never came to the window or even said anything. Dunkin gets my money again. very bad service as there is none.

Clean BK Lounge with phenomenal customer service. The gentleman who served us from NY State was great to talk with and made you feel like you were in a 5 star restaurant. Also BK has the best breakfast for fast food. The King himself would be proud of this joint.

This is an excellent BK .. always happy people, and good fast food , and really great sweet ice tea..
Food (burgers) are consistently poorly made, incorrect ratio of toppings leading to gross, sloppy experience. I've had to reject a burger in the drive thru because all the lettuce was outside the burger and it looked like a mess. The cook gave me a weird look and remade it. It just feels like whoever puts these burgers together was a messy child and probably threw their food at mom. Anyways, all the other staff is very friendly and does their part it's just the food that needs help.

This location is the Worst BK ever!!!! Burgers were as if it was just thrown together then thrown in the bag, fries were cold after I was told to pull up and wait for my order because they were making fresh fries but yet received fries that seemed like they had been sitting there, I asked for the receipt because I know I was over charged and I was told NO, and then on top of all that, when my order was brought out, it was brought out by someone who doesn’t even work there, he was just there in the eating area chatting with the workers in slides, I don’t know if he was a homeless guy or what but he had clothes that were all baggy and torn. Never again!!! I never write reviews but I literally left there PISSED TO THE MAX!!
