By far the worst experience. Restaurant is filthy, food was overcooked and lettuce was old. Mozzarella sticks were disgusting. Very disappointed, ended up throwing my meal away. Stay away!!!!

I drive past this Burger King to the next one, 15 minutes further from my house, just because of how bad the service here is. I've come to this one 10 times, and 9 of those 10 times my order has been seriously messed up. Service is also extremely slow compared to other locations.

This location in mornings has been good to me. The manager is very friendly and the food is always hot unlike the location on Gunn highway.

Terrible drive through service. They will not only make you wait forever to take your order but they will drop you as you are ordering and take the person in the other lane. After waiting behind six vehicles ahead of me cause i was blocked and couldnt get out of there they kept taking orders from the other lane. It also has happened during breakfast. I will not go there again. 3 times of terrible service was enough.

Burger King Corporate Leadership should stop taking the cash and start investing on their people and updating facilities and food. Making America Great is reinventing oneself.

Staff is slow and not clean at all. Order was wrong. I was going to take a customer satisfaction survey but they failed to give me a receipt. I wont be back. I'm starting to loose faith in Burger King altogether. 9/10 locations are terrible wherever I go, whether it be Tampa, Ft. Myers, or Spring Hill.
