Unfortunately there always seem to be staffing issues. Longer than normal waite times. If I see¹ more than 2 cars in line i will drive away.. I was charged for a large Chirro but was given a small. I called right back, the night manager apologized and said he would put it in the book. When I went back the morning manager didnt ask my name or any information to actually locate me in the book. When I called her out she came with a book that was that contained empty pages.. Come on, yall never have mistakes? Why all the pages empty,? She was like oh well. So make sure you verify your order no matter how long you waite because if they say they will write it down they won't.

Poor attitudes, poor customer service, poor communication, just poor experience! Spanish lady got on the headset to talk junk about me asking for jelly to go on my breakfast sandwich she automatically judged me and thought I was just a black women when I am Hispanic and understood every word she said to her crew, this is unacceptable as a manager !

Hello, good evening, it was 9:09 pm, I was in this establishment, the service was the worst and when they responded to place my order, they did so in a very bad manner and I spent 20 minutes waiting for the order.

Placed an order on the app 20 min before they closed and when I arrived they told me they were closed. I told them I was charged and if I can’t get the food I need a refund, she then told me to go to the second window.
Clearly they are still there since it’s not closed but we’re too lazy to make my order until I asked for a refund.

Ordered 26 dollars worth of food. Paid, went to the window and the lady ask me for a receipt to put my order together. She was obviously new, obviously didn’t speak any English as she didn’t know the word ketchup or kids meal. But she was being nice and this is not a rant a giant her as she is just trying to make a check, but frustrating as a customer not being able to communicate with the person giving you your order. She gave me most of the food, but not the kids meal. When I asked her about it, she gets a male manager who grabs a kids meal bag, looks in it, and gives it to her and she hands it to me. I leave, get home 20 min later and there are none of the six piece chicken nuggets in the bag for the kids meal. I call the store, the GM answers. She tells me I can drive back up and she will give me a new kids meal (I live 15 min away, so that 3 min of driving). I told her she can send me the e food via courier or refund the meal. She refused to do anything but give me what I was shorted if I made a 30 min drive. I will be doing a chargeback on my credit card and not going back to this location ever.

Everytime i go there service is trash. The people at the drive thru don't know how to understand english. They have messed up my order multiple times on drive thru order. Always check order before leaving. And check for spit. This place needs to be tore down and all new staff.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I placed an order through the Burger King app at the Tampa location on Hillsborough and Memorial for a breakfast biscuit with no cheese and hash browns. When I arrived at the drive-through, I clearly told the cashier three separate times to ensure there was no cheese on the biscuit. Despite this, my order included cheese, and I was given fries instead of hash browns.
When I brought this to the cashier’s attention through the drive-through window, she immediately started arguing with me instead of addressing the issue. I showed her on the app that I had selected no cheese, but she dismissed it and went to grab the ticket, showing me that the ticket didn’t mention anything about no cheese. I explained to her that this wasn’t my problem, as I had clearly put no cheese on the app and told her multiple times in person. Instead of resolving the issue, she argued with me for about five minutes, refusing to remake the order and insisting that it didn’t matter what I said because the ticket didn’t reflect it.
At one point, another employee came to the window, and instead of helping to fix the issue, he joined in the argument. He even claimed that I was yelling, but I explained I was frustrated because the cashier kept arguing with me instead of just remaking the order. It was clear she didn’t want to fix the mistake and was more focused on trying to prove me wrong.
After a long back-and-forth, she finally remade the order but brought me fries again instead of hash browns. To make things worse, they tried to make me park behind the window so it wouldn’t count against their service time, but I refused. I told them I wasn’t moving until they made my order correctly. Both employees continued to give me attitude, acting as though I was in the wrong, even though the mistakes were entirely on their end.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King drive-through. The staff were unprofessional, argumentative, and unwilling to correct their mistakes without a fight. I order from Burger King almost daily and have never had this kind of issue at other locations. I’ll never return to the Hillsborough and Memorial location, and I’d recommend avoiding it if you expect even basic customer service.

I have never taken time out of my day to review a fast food place but this Burger King is fantastic. The manager is absolutely excellent!! 10/10

Absolutely horrendous every time I go I’m missing main food items or if it’s not missing it’s completely wrong and as for the customer service there is none they dont understand what you say when you order even after repeating it several times I’ve never been to a more incompetent restaurant in my life and won’t be back
