I don't like anything about it, the person that appeared to be the manager kept her back to me the whole time I wanted to get served didn't even make eye contact didn't acknowledge me let me stand there for over 5 minutes and never even liked acknowledge my existence even when she handed my orders like I wasn't even there, I'm pretty sure she was the manager, she was dressed different than everybody else and she was just pathetic she has no kind of customer service courtesy at all

Update 11/2025 this place keeps getting worse... my wife both our boys whoppers and one of them had two bites already taken out of the whopper.

Cini-Minis were hard , kids couldn’t eat them , didn’t seem fresh at all & customer service at the drive through sucks when you ask for fresh hash browns before ordering and u receive hard ones after the pre heads up .

Saw an ad on the whopper special on Wednesdays for less than $4.00 when I arrived informed the special is only available to people who have downloaded the burger king app. Which one could not do at the location. Still I order a whopper jr. Meal and a regular whopper meal. To my surprise the total came out to over $22. As the had without informing me of the options on the sizes I could have ordered they just charged me for the largest size meals. To top it off the burger was a thin sliced patty with too much ketchup and the fries were too salty. Very disappointing to say the least.

My son is allergic to ketchup and was mentioned twice to the person taking the order and the burner is covered and ketchup and they put extra ketchup packets in the bottom. Then Manuel was trying to take care of the problem being very very nice and Leticia took over let she snatched the phone from him and is very rude

Unfortunately there always seem to be staffing issues. Longer than normal waite times. If I see¹ more than 2 cars in line i will drive away.. I was charged for a large Chirro but was given a small. I called right back, the night manager apologized and said he would put it in the book. When I went back the morning manager didnt ask my name or any information to actually locate me in the book. When I called her out she came with a book that was that contained empty pages.. Come on, yall never have mistakes? Why all the pages empty,? She was like oh well. So make sure you verify your order no matter how long you waite because if they say they will write it down they won't.

Poor attitudes, poor customer service, poor communication, just poor experience! Spanish lady got on the headset to talk junk about me asking for jelly to go on my breakfast sandwich she automatically judged me and thought I was just a black women when I am Hispanic and understood every word she said to her crew, this is unacceptable as a manager !

Placed an order on the app 20 min before they closed and when I arrived they told me they were closed. I told them I was charged and if I can’t get the food I need a refund, she then told me to go to the second window.

Clearly they are still there since it’s not closed but we’re too lazy to make my order until I asked for a refund.
