I asked for a large meal, I got a medium. Waited at the window near five minutes before they remembered I was still there. The fries were soggy and tasted as if they had been dipped into burnt oil. Coffee had not redeemable taste.

I put in a mobile order and pulled into the drive-thru. When I got to the intercom, I gave my name and was told to pull up to the window. When I reached the window, I sat there for about a minute before the employee opened it and just stared at me with a confused look. She then asked, “Why are you just sitting there? Why didn’t you say something?”
I explained again that I had a mobile order and repeated my name. She eventually handed me my food, but with an annoyed expression as if I had done something wrong.
On top of that, even though I ordered a large onion ring, the cup was barely filled, only a little over half full.

My order was completely wrong I said no pickles and order of large halves fries and onion rings . On my Monster burger I got to work I had a palm full pickles and onions on my sandwich and small fries ,when I was disappointed I called multiple times no.one answer the phone I called up to 11pm and again 6am no one answered the is very poor guest satisfaction I spend my money on .I should of be took my first thought to drive on 56th , they my be slow but my order would be correct
