This Burger King is wonderful. Food always comes out fast and fresh, especially when Tio, the Manager is there. Super sweet and a great personality. Couldn't ask for better service!!!

I am always nice to employees regardless of how they treat me back, but a particular employee, a manager, was incredibly rude. She didn't even look at me when I was at the drive through, handed me my food, and walked away. It was simply transactional and very disrespectful. When I asked her to repeat my order back to me to clarify she had heard me correctly, she rolled her eyes and said she heard me the first time. Do not come here.

Was in drive thru for almost 10 min to order. Another 5 mins to get order. When arrived at the the pick up window it smelled like burnt beef patty

This has to be the last fast food location on Earth where a medium coke is 16oz. No other Burger King does this. Nobody does this anymore, and it is very frustrating that this location behaves differently than other stores.

Order 2 of the $5 your way meals, ordered a Whopper Jr for both no onion & this is what we got. Where’s the lettuce, mayo & tomatoes?? Never getting food from there again

We went to go get food. The manager said the card was lock and said that I assume that your broke and was being extremely rude. We went to the other Burger King and the card work perfectly fine. So clearly that manger was lying about the card. I never experienced any service like this before.
Do not eat here the food was cold and they have bad attitudes. Went to ask for hot food and almost got cursed 🤬 out.

online it says they open at 5am, my fiancé pulled up at 5:20 and they had the lights off but somebody was there because a car was in the parking lot. then he went back after 6am and the man on the speaker said “we’re gonna open in another 30 mins because we’re running behind” like fr, welcome to the ghetto part of Tampa. since when do you get to decide when the hell you open 😂 wake your ass up and get to work. smh. went to mcdonald’s instead.
