If you have been to this location the person I’m referring to looks like director Spike Lee. Ok so Michael can’t focus and should pay attention and be professional at all times, even if he made a mistake. Such a waste.

Gross! My bun was so hard I could have thrown it through the window and shattered it. Service was horrible. My lettuce was disgusting and wilted. Soda machine does not have syrup. And don't get me started on how filthy this place is.

I recently visited Burger King's drive-through for breakfast and was thoroughly impressed. The service was prompt and the staff were helpful. The food was super fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Burger King for a great breakfast on-the-go. Five stars!

Drive thruMy food was not hot, the Jr whopper nor the fries no steam or heat barely hot didn't feel like getting out going back. I tried another day with the snack wrap and it was ok but the sprite was out had to park & go inside to get a new one.I'm stop coming here.

I haven't really felt like going here since discovering 5Guys. It is relatively close to my place.The inside dining area is relatively clean, with only some straw wrappers/drink lids on tables here and there.The seats instead of being smooth plastic are now the rail thin compressed wood seats just like the nearby Wendy's. Ugh.The real impetus for his review was the new Ghost Pepper Whopper Burger. When you're single, you have to make your own fun lol.The sandwich has a striking orange bun with black sesame seeds. Inside, there are jalapeno crispy pieces, bacon, ghost cheese sauce, and a beef patty.The taste was similar to the standard Whopper, but it was less filling due to lack of veggies like lettuce/tomato/and pickles. The spice level was medium and much less than Frammi's/(Oakley Grille in New Tampa)'s Ghost burger. This had a nice crunch . I'll give it a 7/10 as a nice change of pace, but it could be spicier imo.
Very tasty. I like the taste of a whopper better than big mack in my opinion. Less greasy.

Establishment is very slow and only has 3 employees working. Drive thru has over 10 vehicles waiting for and to place orders. Another 6 customer inside waiting for orders and to place them as well. Be prepared to want to order because none of the menu screens work either.

They don’t have shakes they don’t have card or services, they say only mobile order. We do a mobile order and then they say they can’t serve us food because they don’t have any?? How does that make sense? After we paid too? Then they get mad because we want a refund?? Useless workers, useless location, useless girl at the drive thru. Maybe a new job? I concluded the guy that was handing food off in the parking lot was the employee. However, he came back in and began to cut tomatoes. While I am waiting to be helped at the front.I yelled a couple of times to let someone know there was a customer upfront. Nobody came. And there was a man from off the street, pretending like he worked there and could help me. Finally, the guy cutting the tomato said he will call someone to help me.The girl comes from the back with her phone in her hand, playing music. She looks at me like I am disturbing her. No greeting for me just a look. The manager follows up behind her and finishing their conversation.The girl looked at me like why am I here? So I ask are you still serving breakfast?yeah she saidDo you have French toast?Yeah.OK can I have you please drop me some fresh?YeahMeanwhile the manager exits from behind the counter into the bathroom. I didn’t know it was her that went in there until I saw her walk back behind the counter. She picked up a syrup packet to throw away. I noticed I saw her hands dripping with water. So I thought is there no paper towels in the bathroom???When I am called up for my order. I got my food, then I went to sit down to eat the French toast sticks. For the first time ever, I pulled out a mini French toast stick. (In the past I have had some twisted or edge pieces before, never this)??If the cook looked to count them. Why didn’t she notice it was not a full piece? But she served it to me anyway. Without making sure I got the full 5. ???I’m not being petty. I just want what I pay for. Just like they would. I am glad I was eating in.I went back up to the counter. I asked if I could please get a whole piece and they dropped it down for me. ThanksI asked for some napkins. The manager goes over by the drive-through window. And comes back with some Dixie whit picnic napkins. ??There was a lady ordering coffee. She apparently ordered a sandwich, but the manager did not hear her order correctly. So when the manager called her to pick it up and she looked at it, the customer told her it was wrong. The manager proceeded to unpleasantly respond back to the customer.I read it back to you. You didn’t say anything to me!And lightly went back-and-forth with the customer. Then yelled at the girl in the back to remake the sandwich of course with an attitude.??????♀️????♀️???There is a lot night right about this whole visit??♀️I was really trying to give this place a chance. I guess I could say with all of that I’m not surprised about the bathroom.
