I don't think I've ever ordered here and actually gotten all of my food. Tonight among four entrees and sides we only got one side. It's been like this for years so either the management is perpetually incompetent or this is actually part of their business plan.
Just avoid it, this is a terrible location. The one up by 54 is kinda better but not by a lot. I really wish both would go out of business and be replaced by someone that's competent.

Came in Monday night on a quick break to grab food and the staff was very pleasant. Alyssa, Sophia, and Aivree were really friendly when I ordered. The fries and whopper was nice and fresh!

Pulled into the drive-thru around 8:10 a.m., November 23. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot. After waiting about 3 minutes, a woman announced for us to wait and to look at the menu until she comes back. We already knew our order since we had a coupon. It was over 5 minutes before she responded again. My husband said he had a coupon and gave the code number. When he started to give the items on the coupon, the women rudely interrupted, saying "I know what it says." Then we waited at the window for 7-8 minutes, watching her walk back and forth. There was no receipt given and the food was barely warm. Worst fast food expetlrience!

Drive thru was terrible, I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. When I got home and took a bite I realized they cut a chicken patty in half to put in my sandwich!
The food was good and freshly made however the service was unwelcoming. When approaching the first window it was a nice warm greeting but the second window people were more concerned about the conversations with their coworkers than greeting the guests while passing out their food. That’s the only thing I can say about this location. Also by this being the second time, it’s seems like this is the usual for the area.

Were cursing behind the counter, yelling and talking rudely to each other. When the order was taken they didn't ask if we'd like anything else just told us to pay and walked away. Ice machine wasn't working and didn't have any in it.

Unacceptable Experience - Avoid This Location!
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to this Burger King location. I ordered the Ultimate Breakfast Platter with sausage, but what I received was a culinary abomination. When I arrived home, I was appalled to find that the sausage was ice cold, the pancakes were frozen solid like hockey pucks, and the eggs resembled a wet, cold sponge.
This level of negligence is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. It's clear that the staff does not take pride in their work, and it shows in the subpar quality of the food. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality, especially from a well-established brand like Burger King.
Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this location again. In fact, if things continue to deteriorate, I predict this location will be out of business within five years. New management is urgently needed to rectify the systemic issues plaguing this restaurant.
