Had my burger made wrong, I came in and am told them. They took the burger, remade on me asking for that. Gave it to me. That's it. No apology no anything, in fact the front counter girl rolled her eyes when I said this is wrong please remake. I just quietly went in, no drama no bad, just wanted the correct one. Not even a sorry or anything... What gives burger king ... š±š¤Øš

I ordered a fish sandwich with onion rings - dine in. Sat down with the bag (because I guess dine in means they still put it in a bag). Opened a whopper with fries. Took it back and asked for my fish sandwich with onion rings. Sat down with the bag again, opened a fish sandwich with fries. Gave up and ate half the fries and decided I wonāt be back.

I came today and there was some lady screaming at all of the employees. I asked one of the employees what her name was and it was Nyellie. Not only did she not acknowledge us at all, she screamed at the drive through person for not saying the right thing, at the young girl making burgers because she was āputting too much cheese, not using the right bunsā, and finally said sheās switching out with her because sheās not moving fast enough. Keep in mind thereās like no one in the store..if the employee is doing something wrong, you need to teach them. Do not scream at them in front of everyone. Incredibly rude and upsetting and over such little things that donāt even matter. Her attitude was genuinely disgusting. Iāve worked in the food industry for years and I have never been spoken to like that or spoken to anyone like that. How are you going to have a power trip when youāre like 30 working at Burger King? Respect your staff and be kind.

i have come here for a couple years now , the staff has always been nice and helpful even when in rushes ! They customer service has definitely gone up since i started coming here. and they make the best fries out of all burger kings i have gone too

Ordered the jack o latern whopper on the app. I specifically said no lettuce and no onion. I get home and the burger had onions and lettuce, which makes me ask, do the employees not know how to read or are they just lazy? For an $8 whopper, you expect to have it your way.
