food: the whopper was good. the fountain drinks were all horrible. they need to call service because the machine is broken with the carbonation. all the drinks were flat.service: one of the cooks who came out was very kind and chill. however, all the other employees were inappropriate in their loud conversation talking about gross Burger King grease they saw in the kitchen. they also kept using foul language among themseleves while playing around and throwing stuff which is not appropriate in a kitchen.atmosphere: no receipt machine was working, their ketchup dispenser was broken

Food was wrong. Service was mediocre. Atmosphere was lacking.No ice in the beverage machine in the lobby. Had to ask multiple times, watch an employee ask someone else, and then get ignored herself. Finally got ice from someone behind the counter.THEN this lady in a burger King sweatshirt backed crooked into a handicapped stall and an Employee came out with A CASE OF ICE and loaded it into her car. Then two more employees came put and brought her MORE ICE.We sat down and ate. When we went to leave there was still no ice in the lobby. What the hell?

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I always try to give these businesses a fair shot. This has been more than one occasion where the service doesn’t give what it’s supposed to. I mean to spend over $27.00 and get attitude from these workers are beyond me. I asked for a receipt and was told they could give me one at the second window. I get to the second window and I still couldn’t get a receipt. I don’t understand how nobody is on the same accord meaning everyone don’t know what’s going on. The manager I suppose says “ the receipt machine is broken; someone spilled soda on it”. So that simply means I can’t get a receipt. Customer service is #1 in my opinion and myself who works in the service industry understands that. I don’t believe I will ever be coming back to this location. It’s been too many occasions where the customer service was at a zero.

Dining area is always dirty, service is poor (were they ever trained on basic customer service practices?) and often the food temperature is below ideal. Several times there was smoke inside due to poor or malfactioning exhaust system. Management is nowhere to be seen and headquarters don't seem to care. The Wesley Chapel location, a few miles from this one, is better cared for.
