Very good food and the place is somewhat clean but they seem to have trouble with staffing the place. The wait for food is 5 to 7 minutes just for a burger.

The manager is completely incompetent working tonight at 9:30pm March 12th, 2024. He can not handle situations and is there just collecting a paycheck. No apologies but plenty of attitude, food still made incorrectly (ketchup on the burger) , and cold chicken again. That place consistently is rude and the food is horrible.

I am never coming back! First off, my food was cold and took forever to come! The workers were EXTREMELY rude. There was something in my cup so I asked for a new one and the worker spat in my cup and handed it to me. Then I yelled at them and the worked threw the cup at me. My food also had someones nail in it, the nail was pink. The worker that did all this was a blonde girl. Then she sang “at bk have it your way you smell” and walked away. I travel a lot and when I come back to Florida I’m avoiding this place for sure!

Attention vegetarians You can go to at least one fast food place and sit down and eat a burger without the guilt.The impossible whopper tastes great. Looks the same and even smells the same as a real wapper , without even a tiny bit of meat.Yes, it still served that it contaminated atmosphere. Fast food dirty grill etc buttat least you got a shot at looking normal for once.
Can't say enough bad things about this place especially with the two girls that take your orders very very bad attitudes. Try to explain to him what I wanted they get upset and just walk off and then the manager has to come over and take my order. Peyton is the worst of all of them. Three times now had a problem with her bad attitude!

Wow, it's the worst Burger King ?...!!! What e been and tried to eat a breakfast...compensating with the morning manager arrogant,hostile,with little or no treatment towards customers and even the staff...The coffee ☕ was cold, and the order was incomplete, the game was hot... the potatoes were missing and the floor of the restaurant was extremely slippery as if they left it soapy and without rinsing the tables half cleaned... definitely the worst of all. ..and seeing how he yells at the employees takes away your concentration...in short, everything went to waste... I didn't ask for a refund because I didn't deal with a person like that...!!! It is very very unfortunate that someone exists and has people like this working for this company...!!!

Imagine waiting in the New York traffic to get to a place that's half a block away. Yes I waited 20 minutes with cars honking and yelled at to move when I didn't even get my food. I regret going to that place. My food was stale. The service was terrible. Basically left me there to wait for 20 minutes without having it ready before I arrived. I placed the order around 45 minutes before I arrived,Non reliable place for of you want to go through drive thru. Cross contamination taken to a new higher level. Don't come here unless you want a food borne illness outbreak.

The girl that took my order was wonderful; however, her manager was a nightmare. Began yelling at her about service time within two seconds of my order being ready. I could hear her loudly through the closed window. It was terrible. That woman has no business being in charge of anyone.
