I understand phone calls can be important. However, it really made me upset to be sitting in drive thru for 20+ while an employee is standing between the windows screaming into her phone the entire time. Felt like a slap in the face, you can at least take your phone call where waiting customers aren’t going to see it.The young man working the window was very polite though and the food was hot. I love the way he says we rule ??

From the last time I’ve been at this location the service and atmosphere was 100times better than usually. The manager Maria was very attentive and Dalton at the register was very respectful and had everything flowing in the back kitchen letting them know what food need to be drop. Keep up the great job.

The manager named Ana does not have even a minimum of attention to the client and even less to the workers. They speak badly to the client, to their workers as if they were dogs! She doesn't know and shouldn't lead!The attention in general is terrible just because of it, because it predisposes the workers in their day.

The last three times that my family has ordered at this location, we have had Extremely !!! long wait times for the food in the drive-through. Food is not prepared properly and the customer service from the “ Manager” is poor, to say the least!!!! Argued with me on whether my order was prepared correctly.. When I told the employee who said he was the manager, that I wasn’t going to argue over whether or not my order was correct and told him I will no longer be purchasing food from Burger King and I would be making a complaint, he said OK and hung up the phone. It truly is a shame that customers are treated this way.

Went thru drive thru.. ordered a Canadian. Bacon whopper meal … for almost $13.00 —- got home to find a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon strips … (disappointed for $13.00 to not get a whopper … from “home of the whopper…) I called they said if you want to come back we will replace it ….I’m already home —- so can’t do that…No one in the restaurant and only one person in line behind me giving an order .. .. waste of money … and I don’t have money to waste !!!

Poorly educated and unprofessional staff. I ordered through the BK app and did not receive the order correctly. When I called the store to report and ask what was happening in that situation, the woman told me to go look for what was missing today, tomorrow, or next week. I couldn't do anything, I had to complain through the app through a chat that sent an email which would be responded to within 24 to 48 hours.
