i slept here in front of the doors where the camera was and an angry kid that looked like uncle mikes girlfriends son started hitting me in the side of my head they were on spice

Unfortunately I think the time is wrong, came here at 11:06pm and waited with another car for a few minutes. Drove to the window and associate gave us the it’s closed sign 🥲

Rude employees
This has got to be one of the worst experiences of my life which only took about 15 minutes; which would have taken less time but Alexis with the long braided hair, long nails, and glasses ignored me when I came in. Yes I came in a scooter, because as of now (not that it’s your business,) that’s my ride and I had simply placed it on the side of the door. Alexis made eye contact with me and could have asked me to move it then. But she didn’t. There was absolutely NO ONE in this building. When she was done pretending my daughter and I weren’t standing there at the counter for 5 minutes. This is the time she had an issue with the scooter. Not asking me to move it but demanding and being completely rude with no reason. How simple it would have been to just ask. I run 2 very successful Vietnamese restaurants that have been open for more than 15 years and I never once have I treated or talked to a customer whose come into to MY location and made them feel the way she did. My order would had taken less than 5 minutes and less than 2 to make, that she didn’t even have to make. Very disrespectful and I will keep posting everyday until I know something has been done with this employee. An employee whose hair is almost touching the floor, no hair net? An employee whose grabbing fresh food with no glove, health hazard? But my scooter with an empty restaurant was the problem today. Please help me make it make sense. And not that it matters anymore but just to let you know how simple my order was it was a value fry for my daughter. Something that should have took no more than 5 minutes took me 15 with disrespect, rude service, and smack talking in front of my 9 year old. I can only imagine if my experience was only suppose to take 2 minutes what someone else’s order would had been like.Way to set an example. Burger King on Columbus and N. Dale Mabry.

Manager Christina was kind and helpful. The food was prepared quickly and accurately, and the inside is well-maintained. One of the best BKs in the area.

10/05/25 . Walked into the lobby at 750pm and was turned away immediately saying our lobby is closed and you can't eat in here. See ya. I most likely won't be back.

Good evening today 9/11/2025 I bought 2 whooper JR and one of them had a big red hair, the manager attitude it wasnt the best she ask me if I one my money back or other burger In my opinion to get a good service give the money back to the customer and replace the food and keep the customer happy...

This is one of the first Google Maps reviews I’ve ever posted, to give an indication of my impression of this particular Burger King. I went through the drive through on a Sunday morning. My car was one of very few other cars, and it took somewhere around 10 minutes to get a single breakfast sandwich and black coffee. I’m not a frequent fast food restaurant goer, but when I do get fast food, it’s for the convenience of its namesake, which this Burger King is not. Would recommend holding out for the numerous other fast food restaurants in the area if you’re craving a delicious and speedy
diabetes inducing meal.

Yall need a new drive thru girl at that window cause that girl she don’t know how to talk to customer rite and boss women you need a mic on so you can hear how sure talk instead of having your own Bluetooth on I went to different Burger King and they treat me right they got my $40.00
