Went to this Burger King and didn’t get the correct order and I repeated myself several times. I attempted to redeem a code and it showed I redeemed it on my phone and when I got to the window they never mentioned that there was an issue until I questioned it. They said they couldn’t redeem it on their end but never mentioned any issue. The food was also cold. They didn’t try to resolve the issue when the coupon clearly redeemed on my phone on my end.

I'm angry at Burger King on a corporate level. On the other hand, the staff here was very polite. I'm having a problem with their app. But this store is not to blame. It was also clean. The food was Burger King food. I like it.

20 minutes from the time I ordered at the drive thru to the time I got my food at the window. There was only one car ahead of me when I ordered. Even when it was my turn at the window I sat there for 5+ waiting on food. It was not crowded.
