According to the Store hours, they are supposed to be open at 6, however at least 3 days a week I go there before work and there are no lights on and no one in the window appearing to be closed still. No one answers the phone either. When someone is there they have nothing ready and I quote “the fryers aren’t ready so I don’t have much available now” and It was 6:15. I personally chose this location because it’s on my way to work so it would be nice if they would be prepared to serve customers at the correct open time.

can never get order correct. friendly staff but the dinning aria still closed and they mess up even when they remake your order. go to the one near the stadium much better

Food was prompt and on time but cold as hell.It seems to be pre cooked and put in a warmer before serving.The Royal chicken sandwich tasted like it was fried in old grease and then reheated .The manager served me after telling her I was dinning in she served me my food in a bag.

I was very shocked at the service I received! The manager did an exceptional job giving my family and I a memorable dining experience. I placed a mobile order ahead of time and decided to dine in. I was greeted and my food was expedited perfectly. She even gave my baby a crown and made sure to explain to us that the icee machine was not working and proceeded to give me a large cup instead. I will definitely return to this location. My food was exactly as I ordered, hot, fresh and delicious. My wife wanted to try the new chicken wraps and they did NOT disappoint! When my son went to thank the lady for our food she gave him a crown and a cookie. He was so excited he said she made it with love. These are the kind of guest experiences everyone should have. Kudos to this manager and her staff for providing both food and service with a smile.Vegetarian options: There are Impossible options here.Dietary restrictions: There are many GF options and Impossible is served here.Kid-friendliness: Crowns for the kids!Wheelchair accessibility: The entire restaurant is up to ADA standards.
