The guy who took my order was nice and pleasant, even though it was busy with the lunch crowd. Unfortunately, my Impossible Whopper was a bit burnt. The wait was so long to get it, I didn't have time to complain for another. I do like that Burger King offers the Halfsies. It's half onion rings and half fries. I was going to order both but it was a better price and just the right amount with the halftime. I will not return.

I asked for 2 burgers with nothing but meat and cheese....and a chicken sandwich....after almost 20 minutes I received 3 burgers with EVERYTHING on it....and the chicken sandwich was old and stale....this is with only 3 customers inside, and me in the drive through...horrible!!!!!!

I pulled up to this location at 7pm ordered two 8pc nuggets, large fry, large onion ring, whopper cheese no pickles. Everything was in bag except whopper. Went back up there as I love only 3 mins from location. Saniyah was cashier. Stated to me the guy said he put it in the bag. I stated if it was in the bag I would have not returned. He then comes over to window saying if I’m missing something I need to pull up and come inside with attitude and closes window back. So I politely waited. Then he comes back saying can you pull up. First of all you are not bout to demand me to pull up no where with an attitude because you messed up. Then he proceeds to say don’t make it and does a refund like that’s going to be the end of it. I will be writing corporate. You will not get far with that attitude and will reap what you sow for being nasty for something you need to be accountable for.

I was supposed to Be Off today several employees called in I worked almost a double to then end my shift shoot to Denver in the middle of traffic hr then to New Tampa then to the grocery store all on a Empty stomach I’m trying to figure out what I want to eat?… I channeled so many food places in my mind drove & drove until suddenly it hit me I asked my friend from another country if he ever had BK he said yes he’s had their big burgers before lol I said let’s go to Bk then & the best thing we ever did tonight! EVERYTHIING WAS FRESH!!!! I am super grateful very appreciative! & Stronlgy Proud of this Burger King!!!! They did NOT let me down! Service was professional & friendly as always I come here often just never left a review but I have to leave one now because I want to show my appreciation after my long day! & I want you guys to know that you guys matter! #bkstaff 🥰 thank you!🙏🏽

I've been to this location before, and it was bad. I just went again because it was on my way home. I tried to order a Whopper (the signature burger) but they said "hold on" and came back to say they didn't have "Whopper meat." OK, so I order a chicken sandwich with onion rings. On the ride home I went to grab an onion ring, of course they were fries. Looked at the recipe, and it said onion rings. SMDH. They messed my order up last time, too. This is the last time I go there for some s&!^ food and couldn't care less employees.

I came here and order chicken fries and large fries when I get my food the young girl at the window checks the bag and hands it to me I'm thinking any I don't need to check she already checked it before handing it to me boy was I wrong. I checked the bag to make sure as I drove off and instead of chicken fries I got chicken nuggets and my large fires was filled up half way. I drove back around and waited in line again for 10 minutes when I get to the window to explain so it can be corrected the girl told me there's nothing they can do she understood chicken nuggets so she says let me check with the manager, when this alleged manager gets to the window she says I have to come back in the morning so they can refund me 🙄🙄🙄🙄 in simpler words DONT COME HERE
