Well I didn't get to try any of ur food on 50th Street but I stayed inside out of the rain waiting on the bus and got a smurfs crown for the movie advertising. But I love ur fish sandwich and onion rings. Me and my 87 year old Grandmother ordered in Stanton Kentucky.

I just witnessed the black female manager put here bare hands all over someone’s fry’s then wipe her hands on her sweaty shirt and continue on her job lmao this is disgusting. I added my recipe for verification. This lady should be leading by example.

Me and my daughter went in the drive thru around 9:40am and ordered two orders of the French toast sticks and two croissants sandwiches one a bacon egg and cheese the bacon was dry , hard and old, and the sausage on the other one was crispy dry hard also old like the meat been sitting up there from when they first opened. French toast sticks was dry and hollow in the middle like they been cooked to long

I’m very lived, Today, December 23 my husband went to the Burger King and asked if he could use the bathroom since the bathroom has combination lock ,he asked if someone could let him in. The manager of this location said to my husband that unless he bought something first she could not let him use the bathroom. My husband was going to eat there but needed with urgency to use the bathroom first, I’m very appalled by this , my husband has a medical condition.. He has diabetes and also has prostate issues, how could this manager be so inconsiderate that instead of letting him go to the bathroom, she preferred for him to go somewhere else, in my option this manager is a disgusting human who has no consideration for other people . This Company needs to teach your employees better manners since when does using the bathroom cost money.I would like a response to this. I’m very very upset ,if I don’t get a response, I will go above till I find who will listen to me and figure what kind of employees are so inconsiderate and do something about it.I’m deeply disappointed and appalled by the incident that occurred at the Burger King location on December 23rd. My husband, who has diabetes and prostate issues, visited the restaurant to eat and use the restroom. However, the manager refused to let him in unless he made a purchase. This is not only inconsiderate but also discriminatory based on his medical condition.

It is unacceptable for a manager to prioritize profit over the well-being of their customers. Using the bathroom is a basic human need, and it should not cost money. I expect a prompt and satisfactory response from the Burger King management regarding this incident. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter and seek further action to address the behavior of their employees.

Very disappointed. I had two Doordash orders to pick up, I parked and went to walk in, inside is locked AT 5:30 PM! Very rude on the microphone in drive thru, very slow and backed up line, sad. Just sad.

Went here today and male manager was super friendly and his coworkers seem to like him very well place was very clean for the environment that it’s located even the outside and that’s the most important thing to grasps more people to come.
