I’ve been patronizing this place for 15+ years and the service has really gone to hell. Just this morning at 10 o’clock. They were out of biscuits and hashbrowns. Ordered a burrito and drove up to the first window. After seven minutes with no one around, I drove away. I was the only car in the drive-through. I’m done with this store.

I went to Burger King , and Bought Double Whopper double Cheese No/Mayo No Onion . What did I get Half the patty ,with mayo and Onion. What am I am allergic to mayo and Onion ,What else did I get attitude from the Spanish lady who wasn't in charge that couldn't read.It has been my experience when pay for what you buy you get attitude a lot .If were not for one young man treating me with respect.I would have just said hell with it give me my money back .

This is the fourth time I’ve had an issue with this location. And honestly, I don’t understand why I keep coming here. The last two times I’ve been at this location. My order has been entirely screwed up. I ordered a double whopper with cheese no pickle onion or tomato somehow she rang me up for a double quarter pounder I’m not at McDonald’s. I’m at Burger King that made no sense. All I got was two patties, and ketchup and mustard not what I ordered. I also ordered two of the honey mustard chicken wraps, no tomato. The girl behind the counter does not put in what you request off of your food so of course my wraps had tomato on them my most recent visit I ordered four chicken wraps no tomato. I had to once again remind her after she rang me out no tomato , because she once again did not put it on my receipt not that it would matter the person in the kitchen does not speak any English to be able to read the screen to know what I don’t want on my order. Let alone most of them seem to have very limited English speaking knowledge because it is a nightmare, ordering there almost every single time I go.

Had a to-go order from here late one Tuesday night in January 2023. Order was made fresh, and fries were hot and crispy. I have to say that I often don't get such freshly made food at 9:45 at night. Only detractor was that no napkins or ketchup in the bag. That was minor since I had some in the car.Parking: Typical fast food parking lot.
