The staff are always socializing which prevents them from listening to your order correctly. If you don’t count your change they won’t hand you that right either! This location needs serious management work to run a business for customers. The customer service just isn’t where it needs to be!!

Worst customer service! No one there and our food came out in 25 minutes! Plus, drive through was faster and a guy who ordered after us got his food before us! Unacceptable!

Waited 20 mins for our food. Customer service is terrible. One of them rolled their eyes because they forgot to give us our cups. A guy before us got his food 1st, and drive thru was getting theirs faster. Order at your own risk.

If I could give a 5 star review every time I go here, I would. There is one individual who seems to always be on shift when I come in, and always gives above and beyond customer service. She is incredibly friendly and remembers custom requests you make, bringing them up before you ask for it! Always does an amazing job, and keeps us coming back.

Drive thru speaker needs attention. Hard to understand person speaking. At pick up window asked the person if entire order was in the bag and she said yes. Half way home reached for a fry and noticed a whopper was missing. Arghhh! Although an apology was given and accepted, we had to drive all the way back for a whopper that should have been in the bag!!!
Dirtiest place ever. Also their icecream machine is always down. What else is new.

Got stuck in the drive thru for over 20 minutes! And when I say stuck, I mean stuck. The way it is constructed could not physically get out of it. I understand sometimes things happen or extremely busy may cause a slow down. And I'm fine with that. But there needs to be an escape option if it's taking longer than the time you have or if you end up really needing to use the restroom which was my issue. I don't put the fault on the crew, the fault belongs to the architect and whoever from corporate approved the design.
