Outstanding Service from Ryan!
Ryan at the Burger King drive-thru on Gandy Blvd is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit, he’s friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seems to care about giving great service. He always gets the order right, speaks clearly, and makes the whole experience fast and pleasant — which is rare these days! You can tell he takes pride in his job and brightens people’s day with his positive attitude.
Burger King is lucky to have someone like Ryan on their team. Give this man a raise — he’s the reason we keep coming back!

I ordered the Oreo Sundae that was displayed on screen. I got to the window and they tried to hand me a Hershey sundae. I explained that I ordered the Oreo sundae just for them to tell me that “they don’t do that”. After telling them that it was on the screen another worker came to the window and yelled “they don’t know what they want”. They put Oreos on top and the cream in the Oreos were green (they didn’t taste like mint Oreos). I threw it away just to play it safe. Terrible service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Both Cashier ladies are extremely rude. Wait time takes forever, one time I spent an hour waiting inside for food.Drive thru time is ridiculously long. The food is burnt half the time. This location needs to get new staff and more training.

So I decided to stop at this place, the worst experience. Got an offer on the BK app, and I guess the old man doesn't know how to deal with it, and another old lady either. The worst part was that he told me I could get it cheaper for you and came to $5 extra. Just train the people how to do their job. O stars review.
