My husband and I come by this area from time to time and we always stop by BurgerFi for a great lunch! Last week, Angela recommended the Peppermint Shake so we paired it with our meal and it was absolutely amazing, especially since it was made with custard!Today, we’re here for the $5 ultimate bacon cheeseburger deal for National Bacon Day. Didn’t disappoint! We look forward to stopping by again sometime soon!

Angela was FANTASTIC! Knows the menu - and more importantly could size up our large party, make great suggestions and was very patient. Highly recommend! I wish all employees were this caring and attentive - esp at a restaurant of this type.
Looking through the reviews and pictures it’s really sad to see what they are capable of doing, the level of quality and service should not diminish between dining in and take out…This BurgerFi Location is in SoHo on Howard Ave..Keep in mind as you read my review that this is the only order at the time, all other orders were made and picked up and it was noticed only because it was so unusually quiet in the store…This is now the 3rd time in a row that our order has been a disaster, we live just around the block and were really excited about having a burger place so close with vegetarian options available, my husband came in tonight and ate his food in store and got mine to go which is how we order every time, because we eat at different times and if they hadn’t just closed it would be back on their counter.. I always order a beyond burger with cheese and only onion, lettuce and tomato, nothing else no mayo or anything..This beyond burger is dripping with mayo, ketchup and mustard all over the place, literally enough for 6 sandwiches easily if you ate it.. and pickles, but no onions, the only thing right is cheese a paper thin sliced tomato and a single lettuce leaf..on top of that they decided to include about 15 packs of mustard, several mayo and ketchup packets, which neither of us eat so I know that he didn’t ask for any condiments and made sure my food was ordered without…this happening once is understandable, but every single time we have come here to get food is not acceptable…the worst part is that they weren’t busy at all, he seen two other people that already had ordered..the location in Citrus Park on Sheldon rd was always right, always..this was not a complicated order, none of our orders are unreasonably customized, and that makes it even more frustrating because everything has a big CUSTOMIZE BOX next to it online, so if it’s that difficult to follow a single order and make it correctly then please don’t allow people to customize their order…We both agreed to take our business where we can get what we order going forward...and these aren’t cheap burgers, not that we mind paying for what we want, but 3 times in a row all during the week and at slow business hours couldn’t be more of a red flag to stay away…It was dine in and take out, obviously his was what he ordered..I recommend you go somewhere else..Selection is average for vegetarian options and actually good if they are made right..The only thing more I could say about this topic or location is that it’s a shame, we were really excited about having a great burger place and within walking distance to our new house..!

I was craving a burger and scrolling through DoorDash & found this restaurant. I took a chance and was not disappointed! I got the CEO and gargantuan onion rings. My co-worker said I was making "seggs noises" while eating if that tells you anything. I'll definitely order again.

The burgers and fries were delicious. Add a welcoming staff, hip and cozy ambiance and there is the making of a quality dining experience.
Normally don't leave reviews but I just had the best experience and had to share. I wanted to acknowledge the excellent service we received at this location. Jessica in particular was wonderful. We came for burgers and ended up trying the hotdog and milkshake which were out of this world!!

Service at the counter was very friendly, the beer was AMAZING, the burger (BBQ Rodeo) was fantastic, but the fries, good laws they were amazing!! Get them Urban Style and you’ll dream about them later; my husband and I couldn’t finish a large that we shared.

I wish I had just gone to Wendy's. Apparently they have more meat in their burgers and fries aren't cold and soggy. This is the second time I've been here and this has happened. I think I'll stick with the Channelside location.

The burgers were really fresh hot and tasty. The fries smell better than they were but we're not at all bad The drink choices are from a Coke freestyle machine which I personally do not care for but they do offer a couple iced tea options as well. The actual dining area could have been a bit better kept and cleaned up after as it was in a bit of disarray and the restaurant not at all busy. We would happily return here if we were in the area and wanted a burger

We enjoyed our meal here the burgers were very fresh and good quality tasting. The restaurant itself is a bit industrial warehouse-ish and not quite as well kept up with as it should be. Tables and chairs were in disarray a lot of tables need to be wiped off and the restaurant was not at all busy. The young lady behind the counter was fervently cleaning everything within her reach and that should or could have been extended further into the dining room by her or other staff. We would have we return here as the food was very good. The fries smelled better than they tasted but they were still not bad at all.
