I ordered a cuban sandwich from one of the most unenthusiastic employees I've ever met. So bored at work, he leans on the counter to watch his phone. After 10 mins they call for someone else's order and I thought it was for me, but the guy looks back and grabbed my sandwich that had been sitting there for a few minutes, he just didn't notice because he was on his phone and he doesn't care about customer service. Food was miserable.

My family and I are at their restaurant and bakery. The prices were awesome and the bakery items are so delicious. I wish we had something like this in citrus county because the whole experience was awesome

Best Cuban food outside of Miami. Great menu choices. I had the chicken ala parilla with tostones. It was delicious. Server was friendly and very professional. Went for lunch at about 2 pm after visiting the Tampa Zoo, which is not too far away. We were seated right away. Plenty of parking. You have a choice to sit cafeteria/stool style on the one side of the building or a sit-down table on the other. Highly recommended, very reasonably priced.

An update to my last review a year ago (which indicated how poorly they greet their customers). My wife hates this place, but recently gave in to my cravings for Spanish/cuban food. Noticed i didn’t say great food, just OK food! We walked in and the lady said they were no longer seating. I asked what time they were open till, she said they quit seating at 8:30. It was 8:28. Their published hours are: open until 9. WTF? At any other place, the published closing time is the latest you will be seated. If we had been seated (since it was 8:28) does that mean we have to be finished and out by 9? STM. This place continues to amaze me at how poorly it is run. Note, the 9pm closing time mentioned herein is from their listing on Yelp. On Trip Advisor, it’s listed as 10pm. There is the option to go to the Cafe side which is open later-No Thanks!
