Cafe Quiquirqui (Cock-a-doodle-do...for English speakers) is a great spot to grab coffee or quick snack. The name is homage to the ubiquitous roosters of Ybor City. It's the only non-chain coffee place I know of in Tampa that's open past 2pm and as such I've become a semi-regular. It's located right on 7th in Ybor, inside Hotel Haya...however it has its own entrance. The cafe con leches are very solid and available both hot and iced. Their guava bars are tasty too, and they offer other sweet and savory prepared pastries as well as small sandwiches, chia cups, oats, fruit, etc. They change out their specialty drinks seasonally and the ones I've tried have been very good. The space is bright and pretty, with comfortable chairs and live plants hanging from the ceiling. There's paid street parking and a free 15-minute spot right across the street. There's also a lot about a block away. Vegan milk options are available.

Found this place by accident, the food was amazing. You order at the counter and the cashier was not paying attention. Inside a hotel so the atmosphere is never the best, but they do a really good job with what they have.

The coffee was very tasty. However the food was disgusting. The avocado toast was very underwhelming, it was extremely wet with squashed bread and too much lime or lemon that made my face turn. The avocado was old and browned, tomatoes were soft. The eggs were covered in a lake of butter or uncooked-hard to tell. I would not come back unless it was for coffee.

My love of hotel coffee lounges continues. This is a cute one nestle just off of Main registration with an opening door to the outside. Lots of light and different types of greenery sit around. You have the option of a couple of long communal style tables plus some individual two top café seating. Simple selection of coffees as well as some warm and cold breakfast options. Staff is quick efficient. Just off of what can sometimes be a noisy Avenue in Ybor. Come stop by

This was my first time visiting this cafe and I will definitely be back! They made a delicious iced cafe con leche (I know it’s supposed to be hot but it was about 100 degrees outside! Lol). I LOVED the atmosphere of this space. There’s plenty of options for seating, too.

I visited your location recently and waited at the 'Order Here' sign. One staff member greeted me while taking another order, but once she left, the two remaining staff behind the counter continued their conversation and didn’t acknowledge me at all. After waiting a bit with no service or recognition, I left. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it left a negative impression.
