Completely taken aback when placed order. Ordered food in separate containers. Bean in 1 sm container. Plantains in another small. Picadillo which was rather oily in small container. Had NO CLUE rice was not included with meal. Who in their right mind does not provide rice with food. I will definitely not go back. Took over 15 minutes to get my food to go. Waste of good experience

Warning!!! We ordered food, literally an ~1 hr and 15 minutes ago to be delivered to our hotel, since we are traveling and didn't have a vehicle. The order was delayed multiple times and then was missing half the order. When we called they blamed the system being down for it, and refused to send the food that was missing or offer a refund. Instead told us to place a new order with additional items to once again be delivered by Uber eats and likely another hour wait. They refuse to send the remaining part of the order or offer a partial refund. They were unpleasant to speak to over the phone, and hung up on us.

I came today and the photo of the place looks nothing like when I arrived. It's has been remodeled and is now called Havana 86. I ordered the bistec de palomilla a la plancha from the polite staff. My waitress brought out the food fairly fast due to me arriving at 1115am. The ambiance is actually nice. It almost feels like you have traveled to Cuba with music playing in the background. Now for the food. The rice was basic and kind of cold. My plantains were cold but still tasty. My steak was the heavy weight lifter and carried me on the flavor bus. It was so delicious that the entire plate could have just been the steak, and it would be fine. I would recommend this place to others and hope you enjoy it as well. Bon appetite 😌

Parking: The location is misleading because the Cafe Habana is close and you end up in Habana 86. Great food here.
I usually order from here via Doordash, but have dined-in once or twice. Dine-in service is super friendly. Doordash orders have been prepared quickly. The food either way has been great, and portions are generous. GREAT Cuban sandwich, but their Ropa Vieja sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I've had, of any style, anywhere, ever, in my entire life. Give this place a visit.

We went b/c it was advertised as Cuban coffee. I won't say it was bad but I ordered 2 cafe con leches and walked out with 2 Expressos. No biggie. Now that I know it's more Cuban cuisine than coffee I will come better prepared. Our service was prompt and the young lady was nice so it wasn't a horrible experience I was just unprepared.
