We had an evening flight and weren't in the mood to cook lunch, so we decided to order healthy bowls from Cali. We went with the Spicy Brazilian and New Mexican Bowl for a flavorful and nutritious meal.
I picked up our order in just 20 minutes and headed home. Both bowls were absolutely delicious, tasty, healthy, and with good portion, making for a satisfying lunch.
For anyone looking for fresh and flavorful healthy bowls, Cali is definitely a go-to spot!

I used to frequent this place frequently probably 5 years ago and felt the quality went down so I stopped visiting. Today, I had to wait for a friend to go to the gym, so I thought I may as well grab something while I wait.
Something has changed here. And for the better. As someone who used to work in the service industry for years, I can appreciate team service when I see it. The host sat me, my server grabbed my order, the chef delivered it and the sous chef (I’m assuming) removed my finished plate.
No one was on their phone, no one was standing around. Everyone has been productive the entire time and doing something to help their team. Ever since covid, I feel like this isn’t something you can expect anymore. But, they are nailing it here. I can really appreciate the attention to their guests.

First time to this location. It was busy but not super busy. Food took a while to come out. Didn't realize the wrap price didn't include the chicken. Wound up with a bill of over $50 for lunch! ($60 with tip) for 2 chicken wraps, 1 side of fries, and 2 drinks (ice tea & soda). Price's to eat out are getting too ridiculous.

CALI is one of my go-to spots here in Tampa. From Brunch, to Lunch to Dinner. It’s truly ALWAYS delicious and fresh. CALI consistently produces quality food and that is what sets it apart from the competitors. You can always count on the food being fresh and yummy (just as yummy as last time). Pictured here are a couple selections from the brunch menu - the San Jose bowl and the Ginger Apple pancakes topped with blueberries and mango. The servers are always extremely friendly and attentive.

The Mexican bowl is one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. The kids’ meals were fantastic, too. They have gf popcorn chicken for the kids!
Cali on S. Dale Mabry WAS one of my favorite restaurants in Tampa but not anymore. Two of my favorite dishes are no longer on the menu! I'm extremely upset that they removed the delicious Asian salad and the Amalfi pizza from the menu!!! The Amalfi pizza is/was the best vegan pizza ever!

Today, we decided to try a new restaurant for lunch, and Cali on Dale Mabry did not disappoint.
Everything about this place was fantastic—the friendly staff, the inviting atmosphere, and the option to dine indoors or outdoors. Since it was a bit warm inside, we opted for outdoor seating, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The menu offers fresh, healthy options, and the food was absolutely delicious. I kept it simple and ordered a kids’ meal with rice, chicken, and a side of broccoli. I don’t usually eat broccoli, but it looked so good that I gave it a try—and to my surprise, I actually liked it!
My husband and I both agreed—this is a spot we’ll be coming back to.

Used to be a great spot but every year they have been going further and further downhill. Several times a year they will either decrease portions or increase prices. In just the last 3 months I have seen 2 price increases and the worst portion cut yet. I used to come here at least 5 times a week for 6 years but after this latest move of cutting the portions about 40% by using a kids size portion and container I’m done and moving on to a restaurant that isn’t as stingy as it gets. Not even sure you can call this new size a bowl anymore. They even physically cut the container itself in half so maybe you wouldn’t notice how empty it was. Inflation isn’t even remotely a factor here. Just plain greed. All my friends and coworkers are on the same page here as well. Just disgusted by businesses practices like this trying to take advantage of the community. The owner CRG pretends to always be about the community too.

My sister and I decided to get brunch here and the food was very good. The pancakes were a little undercooked but still tasted great. Our host sierra was new but did a great job. She was attentive, kind and warm hearted. In this day and age you don’t get that too often. Because of her great service my sister and I will definitely be back! Thank you Sierra! Manager give her a raise!
