Great breakfast with friendly staff!
Food took forever. Server was nice. Scrambled eggs are cooked on a greasy flat top then sort of chopped and scooped into a pile. Disgusting. Cold. Bland. Bread was sourdough but really is just white bread. Fruit was half unripe or over ripe. Coffee mediocre. Will never go back.

Rude racist staff, being ignored by the pick up area for 10 mins while both employees see me and talking to each other! And once a white family walked in they both greeted them and asked them to have a seat, And again Ignored me until I walked down to the bar! And even after pending me the bags one of the stuff was like “you are welcome”! Because I didn’t say thank you! Saying thank you for what for being ignored for 15 minutes or for the bad ?! Management check the camera at 9:35AM November 13th.

Portions were good. The steak breakfast bowl I had didn’t have any flavor. The sausage gravy was not good. Canned Gravy tastes much better.

I couldn’t review the food if I wanted to. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with a side salad (my receipt also showed this) and after waiting over an hour I got a chicken salad (not even on their menu). The person who took my order didn’t tell me the kitchen was backed up until after I paid for the meal and even then I was told it would be 20-30 minutes. I could understand the wait, things happen, but the fact that I waited that long for lettuce and chicken in a box is frustrating. I couldn’t wait any longer so I just asked for a refund and had to wait for another hour because no one in the restaurant knew how to refund the order and the owner had to be called. This is my first and last experience here.

Food was very good! I had a waffle, home fries and scrambled eggs with cheese. The food was prepared quickly and was seasoned just right.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It’s nice on the inside and they have a bar inside and an outdoor area.

Waiters were very kind in store, but I placed a pick up order at 10:45 I ended up having to wait 40 mins which I wasn't upset about since they were very busy. When I got my food the eggs were completely undercooked. The hasbrowns were black on the top and completely undercooked in the middle. It was inedible. When I asked for a refund the shift lead said she spoke to the owner and he said I could only get my eggs and hasbrowns refunded. So I would've been left with just a side of hollandaise and a cold biscuit. They ended up giving me a full refund but it was just a really weird conversation she said she would give me a receipt but since I'm not in store there's nothing she could do about it and I didn't even ask for one. It seems like in store orders look amazing just don't do take out I guess.

Went here instead of trying the usual spot. I had searched the menu online before I got there. Immediately saw these Churro Waffles that I was fixated on.
Once I got there, I made sure to order it. I also got a side of hash browns and corned beef hash. My friend ordered a breakfast plate; the country fried steak.
The waffles were fantastic! Super delectable and you don’t even need syrup!
My favorite thing was the waffles… the other food I wasn’t too much of a fan. The flavor wasn’t really there for us. But I would give it another chance.

Them girls were hustling today! Had multiple other servers check in on us with coffee as well! But Claira our server was phenomenal! She gave us a heads up after taking our order that there would be a slight weight as the kitchen was backed up. We appreciate transparency more than anything. She was just the sweetest and funny! Not to mention her beautiful smile! Always constantly checking in. The food was incredible, the skillets in particular. Will definitely be back!

I had a very disappointing experience at Red Canopy Diner in Brandon, FL. From the moment we sat down, the service was poor. We waited almost 30 minutes before the waitress even acknowledged us — and we were sitting with a baby. When we finally placed our order, the food came out burnt and overcooked, and to make matters worse, they still brought the wrong dish.
When I mentioned it, the waitress brushed it off and blamed the person assigning tables. Meanwhile, guests who arrived after us were served before us. The seats were ripped, the environment felt uncomfortable, and there was no effort to make us feel welcome.
This is not a family-friendly restaurant, and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially with kids. Sadly, this was such a bad experience that we will not be returning.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The staff wrote the wrong name on my order, and when I arrived to pick it up, they insisted that was the name on the ticket, even though I was the one there. My wife called back to get clarification, and they admitted the food had been sitting there the whole time.
We agreed to return only if they would make the breakfast fresh, since it had already been sitting for about 40 minutes. They agreed at first, but when I called again to confirm before driving back, they said they weren’t going to make it fresh. That meant I drove to this place twice for nothing.
On top of that, the manager gave inconsistent names (first Claire, then Chris), which makes me believe they weren’t even being honest about who I was speaking with. The manager was also very rude on the phone.
I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant.

I held off for about a month now on writing this but I had to. I ordered breakfast from here a few weeks ago and the paper they use inside the to go boxes transferred the ink onto my food. I reached out twice now and although both women I spoke to on the phone were very nice and helpful, I have yet to hear back from the owner who was supposed to reimburse me in the form of a gift card. It’s bad business.

Our server Claira was awesome she was so friendly and our drinks were never empty . Other employees were also really nice, food was awesome would be back again .
