I love this cafe! The staff is incredibly kind and the food is AMAZING! Their breakfast burrito is literally the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

I ordered the biscuits and gravy combo with eggs, hash browns, and bacon, hoping for a hearty, satisfying meal. However, from the moment the plate was set in front of me, I had a sinking feeling I was in for a disappointment. The biscuit tasted like it came straight from a package—microwaved and lacking any of the warmth or texture you’d expect from something freshly baked. The gravy was equally underwhelming, reminiscent of the kind you’d get from a can, rather than a rich, savory sausage gravy made from scratch.
While the eggs were passable—it’s hard to mess those up—the hash browns were yet another letdown. Just like the biscuits and gravy, they seemed pre-packaged, with nothing to suggest they were prepared fresh in the kitchen. It was clear that the focus here was on convenience rather than quality.
Even the bacon, which I usually consider a safe bet, was a disappointment. It was so overly salty that I couldn’t finish it. The only redeeming aspect of my visit was the service; my server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the lackluster food.
I sincerely hope the owner considers investing more time and effort into the kitchen to elevate the quality of their dishes. As it stands, I won’t be returning.

I had a disappointing experience during a recent business lunch. I ordered a Cobb Salad, usually a reliable choice, but this one fell short. The lettuce was wilted, and the avocado was blackened and oddly placed underneath, almost as if they didn’t want me to see it. The tomato slices were so tiny that I could barely pick them up with a fork, and the blue cheese crumbles were nearly nonexistent.
Honestly, I’d have given it one star for the food alone, but I’ll give two because the servers were friendly and accommodating. Still, unless the food quality improves, I don’t see myself coming back.

We have been to Canopy Road 4 times now so we feel we can now leave a review.
We have gotten breakfast 3 of the 4 times we have been and the service has been great and the food was really good. We always sit at the bar area to avoid waiting for a table. Our last time there which was 11/2/24 was a really bad experience. We decided to try the lunch and sat at the bar again. We got a different server than we usually do. I got a chicken sandwich with fries and my wife got a philly cheesesteak thing. My chicken sandwich consisted of 3 extremely over cooked chicken tenders that were pretty much impossible to eat. My wifes philly cheesesteak was disgusting and she barely touched it. Our waitress pretty much ignored us the entire time(no refills, had to request the check and flag her down to pay as she was chatting with co-workers and messing with the TV remote for a while)
Despite the bad experience, we will still be going back but I think we will be requesting specific servers and only doing breakfast items as the lunch was extremely disappointing.

Had an Eggs Benedict but the English muffin was not toasted. ? An English muffin is always toasted. ? the crunch of the muffin with the hollandaise sauce is part of the experience. ?

The food was in a small portion, and I didn’t say anything but i got a sprite and it tasted strongly of mold, that wet dirt flavor really tickles the throat.

This was our first time coming here. The food was 100% perfect. The flavor was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our little waitress was very sweet and very attentive. I highly recommend this place and next time I come back in town we will eat here
3 out of 5 times I get the Goat in the Garden omelette. The put goat cheese on the omelette and then sprinkle it all over. I requested and paid for extra goat cheese with sweet potato fries. SO I asked for extra ketchup too. I got no goat cheese on top, barely any in the omelette. Two ketchup packets for a half a to go box of fries. I also got toast and 4 melted butters that I poured over the barely toasted bread. I am afraid Canopy Road has fallen victim to the whole era of raising prices means service and food go down. I used to order once a week from here but I guess I have to explore more options now.

Visited here for the first time after Hurricane Milton due to no power we were excited to see a breakfast place open before 7A. Upon entering Michaela greeted us with a smile. She was very courteous and attentive. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla and my partner ordered the meatlover's omelet. The bacon was extremely crunchy but all of the food was great. If she's not already a manager she should be soon she knows how to keep everything running smoothly during chaos and how to keep her customers satisfied. We will be returning here due to her exceptional service and sweet presence.
