Looking at some of these reviews…the food might be great (I will never know) but the service is TERRIBLE!!!It was obvious that the waitress didn’t have a clue. She told us the veggie sausage had pork in it. I don’t think like that we snickered because Another waitress took over our table but did not do anything but introduce herself in passing and caught a serious attitude when we asked about our food.There was a third waitress (the nicest of them all) who brought our drinks after they had been sitting at the counter area for at least 10 minutes and I had to ask for them.But after about 45 minutes we asked where I food was, they claimed it was a lot going on but we watched as they took out food to other customers who were seated after us. This seemed very intentional. The fourth waitress taking the food out, who left our drinks on the counter, made it a point to make eye contact every time she took out another order.After an hour, with only fruit and pancakes brought to our table and majority of our order no where in sight. We left. Extremely disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I ordered the Irish Benedict (corn beef, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and English muffins), hash browns, well done, bacon, well done, and corn beef hash. I thought all of my breakfast items were well made and cooked to order. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff was challenged to make the food in a timely manner. Katrina, our server had to apologize on behalf of the kitchen staff. Katrina eventually gave a discount on the check. Hopefully they can get there kitchen in order and they will have another successful location in their chain.

Excellent! Great expansive menu. Food preparation perfection! Service off the charts!! Katrina and her associates were so enthusiastic and engaging. Coffee continuously refreshed. The pancake was tempting, tasty, light, and so good. This destination is a keeper!!

Pancake was raw and the omlette wasn't what I ordered. We tried to get the attention of wait staff but were unsuccessful. We weren't checked on prior to the check being dropped. If there is still plenty of food on the plates, 2-bite check back would have been a good move here. We paid and left. The Tallahassee location is exceptional so I was excited to see one in Tampa.

First time dining at Canopy Road Cafe. A co-worker suggested it. I went on a Friday morning around 10:00 am. It wasn't busy at all. Friendly service, Katrina is awesome. I had eggs, pancake, home fries(I wanted hash browns but they were out.) and bacon with coffee. Everything tasted good. My coffee was luke warm but when I told the waitress she immediately put on a fresh pot. I sat in a booth which wasn't that comfortable. I would return to try some other items on the menu.

Planned to try something different for anniversary brunch that wasn't expensive, yet filling.The blueberry pancake was very filling with flavor. Could have been hot.The fried green tomatoes were excellent. Turkey sausages was great also.

Only 3 stars because food was outstanding. Portions were huge. Have eaten there 5 times everything has been great. Unfortunately this time our water wasn't good at all. Had to ask other staff for coffee refills and water refill. Had to remind him about the fries. So I will not sit back in his section again. Other staff have been outstanding to say the least.

Honestly, every positive review on here is just too hard to believe. I walk in and I’m not greeted formally. Food has no flavor, it’s just edible. Waiters have no uniform which threw me off but that’s besides the point. Everyone in here walks around with no motivation. I understand them probably trying to make the customer feel at home but at least make better food.

5 star food just a bit pricey for my budget.Everything was delicious! The Churro waffles were excellent. This location has a comfortable and attractive interior. All around a treat!
Have never been to this establishment before. I come as an Uber Eats driver and I am greeted with a dirty look by the man at the counter. As I reach the counter, he doesn't greet me with a "good morning " or a "how are you today" but with a dull and disappointing, "what's up". I felt like I was bothering him. I explain to the man that I am here to pick up an order. He simply tells me that my order will be awhile without checking with the back. I'm not quite sure why someone who doesn't appear to be a morning person or a people person works in hospitality. But this individual has ruined my experience at this establishment before I was even given the chance to have my very own experience

This place is amazing! Our service was wonderful, the food was great, and all the staff were super friendly. Our food was out quick, and OMG, I had one of the best omelettes I've ever had.

I took my 82 year old Grandma today after hearing all the great reviews. It took forever to get acknowledged and once sat, we sat for 20 (not an exaggeration) minutes with not 1 person greeting or acknowledging us. So we left. I’ll never be back! Super sad, because we were excited, already had our drink and brunch items picked out because we had so long to look at the menu, and still even when leaving weren’t acknowledged. Super under staffed. Goto the Brunchery on MacDill.

Enjoyed a lovely breakfast with my mom. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Delicious meal. Biscuits could of been softer otherwise all was yummy. My breakfast sandwich was perfect and they put sausage on the side as requested as I'm not a fan of sausage yet took home for my son.
