Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop absolutely impressed me on my very first visit, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. The classic cheesesteak was amazing—packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best cheesesteak sandwiches I’ve ever had. Capriotti’s truly sets the bar high when it comes to cheesesteaks. I also really enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, which was loaded, hearty, and incredibly satisfying. The fries deserve special recognition too—the portions are very large, generous, and perfect for sharing. I really appreciate that Capriotti’s offers Wagyu steak, which takes the quality to another level. To top it all off, the brookie—a delicious cookie and brownie combo—was incredible, especially with a big glass of milk. Overall, my first experience at Capriotti’s was outstanding, and everything from the food quality to the portions made it a place I’ll happily return to again and again.

The manager needs to pay attention to who they leave running this place. The 2 girls there today were completely lost and moved with the swiftness of two tortoises while 10 people sat there waiting for their order. In the 12 minutes I sat there waiting for my food they made a total of 3 sandwiches and one of those was wrong and had to throw it away and one other the guy sitting there waiting since before I walked in had to go and ask them where his sub was and it hadn’t even been made yet. Total ineptitude.

Really good sandwiches. Plenty of toppings and they were fresh and tasty. They weren't a wimpy little size either. Very fair prices considering what's out there these days. I recommend giving them a try. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

Orderd pickup it was wrong cold. Got there when a app said it would be ready Waited is another 25 minutes then I got the wrong order and missing items. I called them and they said they would correct and credit my account that never happened. Then I called again to speak it to the manager said well he was very busy and but he would call me by the next day and I never heard from him. That was a week ago. So I paid for food I never got. Extremely dissatisfied.

First time here. Tired the French dip and the Bobbie mini portions. Ordered reg fries. The French dip was alright. A bit too much pepper and. It enough cheese. The auju was delicious tho. The Bobbie I should have ordered hot, was not good cold. I ended up dipping it in the auju just to eat it. The fries were excellent. The best part about the entire meal. The tables are a bit too high for the chair size, kids wouldn't be able to eat without a booster seat if they aren't tall enough. Prices a bit too high for the food quality. I'll try again another time.

How have I not known about this place. Some of the best sandwiches / subs I've had in a while.

Not all locations are alike in quality....
My husband and I stopped at the Northdale/Carrolwood location while working a few weeks ago. We had never eaten at one of these sandwich shops before; we were beyond impressed. The portions are huge, the staff friendly, and the food was very good. We tried a location closer to home, but it did not compare in the least.... Great job Northdale location, will be back.

I never heard of Capriottis until about 2.5 Months ago. We had an event in Vegas & I found one there but decided to wait til I got back to Fl. I had the sm. American wagyu cheese steak, a small grilled italian, & the small meat balls with a small fry. My eldest daughter had the club, & my youngest the turkey with chips. Everything was delicious. Service was great & the atmosphere was great. I asked if we could eat up until their closing cause I had to drive back to Lakeland & she said yes. We will be back!!

Tried this place recently for the first time and it was great, the sandwiches were cooked perfectly the taste was on point, the fries are amazing I couldn't leave not one behind. My only complaint (but Not a deal breaker) was the second time I ordered it was to go and the sandwich seemed like it was rolled too tight so the bread stuck to the paper. My goal is to order every sandwich on the menu. I highly recommend this place.

Gave them a shot again but my order I placed online was ready 30 minutes after they said it would be and my first sandwich was cold by the time they got me my full order. Staff barely acknowledges you when you come in and look like they are wearing pajamas and crocs behind the counter. Don’t waste your time or money
