Excellent coffee, but, sadly closed it's doors. I am going to miss this place very, very much.

I have always had excellent service anytime I place an order.

Caracolillo Coffee Mill is by far the best Coffee distributor in the area. We have been sourcing our green single origin coffee beans, roasted espresso and flavored coffees from them for close to 5 years and throughout that time I have experienced nothing but the best quality coffees and great customer service. With over 1000 pounds of coffee ordered the staff is always exceptional, responsive and reliable. I can honestly say that without CCM we would not have grown as a local roaster and and been able to open our first coffee shop location!

Tried several coffee varieties from CCM, they are a good value option - lower quality coffee (smaller beans, worse batches) that is priced accordingly. You can find the same coffee varieties offered by other vendors that cost a bit more but you immediately notice a difference in the cup. You get what you pay for, I suppose, but if you are a coffee connoisseur, you may be disappointed.

Been buying coffee from CCM for many years until on my recent order my Canadian PayPal payment was refused saying that only US PayPal is accepted. I sent an email to CCM to inquire if I could somehow be allowed to pay with my PayPal account which I had used before or advise on an alternative payment method - and nothing. It's been a week and no response. 'Nice' way to treat your long-term customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

They sell a wide variety of fresh roasted high quality coffee at an incredible price. I have purchased four 1 pound bags of fresh roasted whole bean coffee and just purchased 2 more. Really excited to have found this place because the coffee is excellent and the price is great. I have bought roasted whole bean coffee from subscription services at approximately twice the price and the coffee from here is as good or better than anywhere I have purchased from (and I liked the other coffees a lot).There is something I really love about the coffee and purchasing here: you are just paying for great, freshly roasted coffee. I don't need a laminated card to tell me how to brew my coffee, or some special box to hold the bag of coffee or some incredibly fancy website. I just want the great coffee! The website is incredibly straightforward and easy to order.Each time I have ordered my order has been ready incredibly fast. I gather they roast every day they are open for business. . Easy pick up. I use Hario V60 and have grinded at medium/fine setting for all coffees so far.

To be fair, I have not tried their coffee. I live in Tampa and found their website and was hoping I could pick up green beans. Not the case. I then went to order..it was a good price ($29.00)until the end when shipping was 20.00 for a 5 pd bag of beans. Sorry. Much better prices from Amazon.
