We were visiting from ft. Myers. The waitress was lovely however the food runner "young girl" was ate up with attitude and were a huge inconvenience to her. She had 0 patience trying to place the food. She brought mine out early wouldn't take it back and bring it out with the rest. Giving the dinner party dirty looks. Very unprofessional
The Carrabba’s Italian Grill had a lovely ambiance, and the service was exceptional, but my Toscana pasta was overly sauced, making it too salty, and the filet was tough to chew, while the shrimp were overcooked. Although I enjoyed the dining experience, the food fell short for me.

Carrabba's is a restaurant success story for a reason: they've perfected their method over three decades. While they may not be perfect, they rarely fail to be satisfying from appetizer to dessert. It's truly a menu with something for nearly everyone. Even a simple steak here is satisfying. The only thing I can caution about is that there are sauces that may not be as bold as you might prefer, so be certain to quiz your server for the advice you need to make an informed choice. They've tasted everything in the menu. As Italian food in America goes, Carrabba's is among the safest bets.
