We celebrated my daughter's birthday and she chose the venue. The wine was great and the food was delicious! We were so touched when the manager presented her with a beautiful box of cookies. The decor was beautiful, the noise level was low and really nice. It is a calmer more elegant version of The Columbia - JUST so much better better better.

A great find in Ybor City Tampa. first of all I love OpenTable because it helps me find the best restaurants and this was no exception. The bread is cooked fresh every day a wonderful focaccia. My husband is gluten-free and they do accommodate that. He had a wonderful fish that starts with an M and I can't remember the name, but he was able to get it with gluten-free pasta and spinach with olive oil. That was outrageous. I got the eggplant appetizer and it was some of the best eggplant I ever had. We each got one of the house, special salads, and that was great also. We were so happy with this find that we can't wait to go back next week because we have to be in Ybor city once a week.  prices were reasonable, although it's not an inexpensive.

Today was Our second visit to this charming restaurant Casa Santo Stefano, a Silician restaurant owned by the Columbian family, Gonzmarts. It is becoming a new Tampa/Ybor City favorite!m for us! Thankfully our darling waiter, Gino let us know how generously sized their sandwiches are. WOW! HUGE!!! Their Italian sausage sandwich on Cuban bread was excellent with their handmade potato chips. Their side mixed salad was one of the best that I ever had! For dessert we ordered their cannoli's. By far one of the best that I have ever tasted!!! We will definitely be returning...since they weren't busy yet, I enjoyed perusing the old photos from the Silician families who landed here generations ago.

We had a great meal at Casa Santos Stephano. Richard was our server he made our evening very special. He timed the courses perfectly and we didn't feel rushed. HB had delish fish and I had a special chicken dish that was delish! Food and service was great. We will be back soon!

Dinner was wonderful. The food is always great and the service excellent. Our waiter Val was attentive and cheerful. My wife and I had dined at Casa Santa Stefano several times before but the first for our guests. They were impressed and like us, will be back.

Loved the filet... always an easy choice. Great cut... but with three of same coming to the same table, the steaks should have been hotter. The gnocchi was to die for. The sauce was luxurious! I enjoyed swiping some from my boyfriend's dish!

What an outstanding evening! From the minute we were seated in a wonderful booth in the back of the restaurant until we walked away feeling absolutely thrilled! Our waiter Kevin was wonderful, he explained the specials and complimented our choices. We chose the Burrata Purgatoria for our appetizer. Our cocktails, a Sicilian Aperol Spritzer and 1925 Manhattan were the perfect start to our dinner. Our entrees, spaghetti and meatballs and Pasta ala Norma were absolutely delightful. The sauce was a wonderful light tomato sauce, the pasta done to a perfect al dente and the eggplant on mine was so flavorful! Our evening ended at the Drinkeria with after dinner drinks, a Sicilian sunset and Limoncello and to top it off cannoli and Bischoff cookie gelato!!! What an absolutely delightful evening and celebration of our anniversary! Oh and I must not forget the delightful cookie gift given to us for our celebration. Thank you Casa Santo Stefano for an absolutely outstanding evening!
