Gainesville, VA location is always on spot. Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. Last night was cold and dreary, but Arlin and the staff whipped up two perfect bowls and a fantastic pita and had me on my way quickly. My family is never disappointed with this location, keep up the great work. If you have never tried Cava, give it a shot!
As appealing as it looks, the employees are not trained at all, and the service reflects it. Would not recommend the disapointment!
I placed a large order for a work event directly through the company’s website (not a third-party service). Unfortunately, several meals were missing from our order, and despite reaching out for assistance, no resolution or refund has been provided. I was informed that a case had been opened, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service.
