I usually have a good experience but everything about this time was not good. I placed a pick up order which originally said it would take 10 minutes. It ended up taking almost 45. I got a text that it was ready, and when I got there, they somehow didn’t have it? The girl at the front was barely talking to me and said okay we’ll make it. I waited another 20 minutes and then I was ready. But I order the sauce on the side and it was on top. I ordered the super greens but they put a bunch of lettuce! The super greens don’t have lettuce, so it completely changes the way my bowl tasted and they didn’t have the Pita in the bag. Just a not great experience all around. Will never order pick up again and will just do it there to make sure things are right and to not wait 45 minutes.

First time trying CAVA and I ordered the Chicken and Rice Bowl—absolutely delicious. The flavors were amazing, everything tasted fresh, and the portion size was very satisfying. Honestly felt out of this world. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Loved both the taste and the quantity.

We usually eat here and it's been pretty good, I've still had similar experiences. This time we placed an order for delivery and went to pick it up, l've DoorDashed cava before and have had the same experience. The protein and topping was barely anything I've had similar experiences with the rice as well. Its not the same when you order there. The portion sizes are so bipolar depending on how you order it which is disappointing. You also get a quarter of the pita bread now which is well a choice for sure.

Today, as the line extended nearly out the door, I watched her calmly lead the team while actively stepping in to help where needed. It was clear that the team works efficiently and confidently under her supervision, and that she has everything well under control. As a business owner myself, I strongly encourage you to do everything possible to retain her—she is a rare gem.

They keep forgetting my pita chips every single time I order them on Uber Eats. This is the THIRD time in a row.
Normally I go to the cava in Lutz, but i was closer to this one today and i got 4 bowls for my family. i got double steak and one steak on two bowls. the steak is terrible! dry and it stinks like it is old. i called the store and let whoever that was there know the steak is not good. he said that they probably left it sitting for too long… which is so wrong on many levels. i love Cava and will continue to go to the one in Lutz but not this one again. Staff and mod was nice but food 0/10.

The food is fresh and hot, made to order, and not to mention its pretty healthy food choices.The staff is very friendly. It gets really busy in there, but the line moves right along. They have some really unique iced teas and lemonade. I could eat there everyday.
