I went in for my first time and was kinda confused / lost on what to order and Jason took me step by step over all the options and described the flavors . He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it . Cava should consider itself lucky to have a great worker like him.

I come here when I’m in the area, and every time I visit, the staff is always so very friendly!! I cannot say the same about the location in SoHo (south Howard), whom are very stuck up and rude.
Anyway- at Dale Mabry, they are amazing and friendly, always smiling!! I love CAVA because I am a doctor of nutrition and the ability to have Mediterranean and vegan options is important. This restaurant has a wide selection of plant foods to choose from helping people get in high nutrient-density! Again, the location is amazing! The food is great, the service is great, and the staff are always welcoming. Casper, Andrea, Kyla, Yuna, and Kinley are “saucesome”!!!

Service is quick, atmosphere is welcoming. Staff is reasonably friendly and responsive. Food is delicious. I got a chicken bowl which didn't quite fill me up, but maybe I should not be stuffing myself anyhow. They have many topping selections to choose from which could make for an interesting choose your own bowl adventure. I think a lot of people would like the variety of drink options available.

Do NOT bother ordering online… if the line is too long for you, just leave. The restaurant is empty with no one in line and there’s 10 people waiting for online orders. I’ve been here 35 minutes waiting. I’ve actually seen a few people get bowls and leave.. Additionally, staff isn’t very friendly and you’ll be met with the apathetic “Gen Z stare.” Food is good but not worth all the trouble..

They completely ignore mobile orders. I waited longer than 30 minutes for each of the 3 mobile orders I placed. It wasn't a one time misunderstanding. It's always chaos. I'm done ordering here.

Was greeted and served quickly and friendly. Super clean and enjoyed my first time here. Helped by tony and was explained everything and given sample of meat to find what I enjoy. Will definitely be back

Very unfriendly asked for chicken and rice order. I didn't see the server put it in , I asked I she put in the rice she responded Yes. Went to sit down and eat and chicken and rice order did not have rice. Person at the register look at me with deer eyes when I complained and kept on ringing customers. Not at all a first time experience 😔

Unfortunately I will not go back after finding out that they use a Olive Oil Blend. Part Olive Oil and part seed oil. If you’re going to advertise as serving healthy foods, you need to switch to Extra Virgin Olive Oil. No seed oil.

I love Cava, eat here a few times each week, but why does it have to be freezing in the dining area? It's over 90 degrees out and people are wearing sweaters in the restaurant. This seems to be the case at all Cavas, so it must be a corporate thing. Seems like an irresponsible waste of energy.
